Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The P City Government In Shandong Province To Promote The Renovation Of The Old City

As an important way of urban development,old city reconstruction plays an important role in enhancing the carrying capacity of urban development and expanding the space of urban development.Old city reconstruction is a systematic and comprehensive project,which is closely related to urban development and people's life.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out systematic demonstration and design with prudence.P City is located at the junction of Qingyanwei Town.In recent years,its economy has developed rapidly.However,shanty towns and villages in the city have become the restricting factors for the high-quality development of P City.This paper studies the problems,causes and countermeasures of P city government in promoting the old city reconstruction,in an effort to provide reference for the high-quality development of P city.Paper analyzes the current situation of the old city reconstruction of P market,put forward the main problems in the reform at present,the relocation compensation funds demand is huge,the housing construction project progress is slow,linkage synergies and insufficient regulation to the third party company,the lack of consistency and continuity of resettlement compensation policy,housing land expropriation is difficult,was rising living costs.The causes of these problems is mainly for the purpose of the old city reconstruction and meaning cognition is not enough,low revenue,and channels for a single,old city reconstruction task focused and heavy,cadres,supervision and incentive mechanism is not sound,the government policies and laws and regulations about propaganda does not reach the designated position,old city reconstruction on collective land legal system is imperfect,and so on.Countermeasures to improve the work of the urban renewal in P city from the following aspects: enhance the cognition to the strategic significance to urban renewal,government give play to the role of government and residents participation,perfecting the old city reconstruction and resettlement compensation policy,strengthen the capital management and broaden the financing channels,intensify propaganda and do mass work,perfecting the supervision and incentive mechanism,perfect the mechanism of old city reconstruction work on collective land system.
