Research On The Countermeasures To Improve The Governance Of Urban Illegal Buildings

In recent years,China's urbanization is developing rapidly,and the scope of urban planning area is expanding steadily.At the same time,the city's diverse population,seeking high returns on housing or avoiding exorbitant housing prices,has led to an endless flow of illegal construction.Illegal buildings without order have disrupted the original planning of the city and seriously affected the normal production and life of residents and even the attractiveness of the economic development environment of the whole city.For this reason,governments at all levels have taken a variety of governance measures,but most of them are difficult to achieve lasting governance effects due to the unsmooth governance mechanism.This paper takes the treatment of illegal buildings in the city as the research object,and comprehensively adopts a variety of research methods such as literature research,case study,questionnaire survey,interview research and field research.In shandong province at the same time,combining with lacey had established the illegal construction management work leading group of the mechanism,through the multiple perspectives analysis the advantages and disadvantages of its reveal in the process of governance,the final summary extracted government should from the planning,building organization,unified command,comprehensive coordination and effective control of five aspects put cure breach mechanisms,in order to perfect the city illegal building management countermeasures to explore a new path.
