Legal Boundaries For Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering widely exists in various fields of traditional and emerging industries,and is closely related to the development of my country's industrial economy.We should pay special attention to the related legal issues.At this stage,although the legality of reverse engineering has been recognized by my country's judicial interpretations,my country has not clearly defined the legal boundary of reverse engineering at the legislative or judicial level,and theoretical research on legal issues related to reverse engineering has mostly stayed at the primary level.At this stage,the existing judicial interpretations cannot meet the needs of the trial of cases involving reverse engineering,and the delineation of the legal boundary of reverse engineering has become an unavoidable issue.Through the introduction of reverse engineering and its legal status,this paper leads to the discussion of the legality of reverse engineering itself and other important issues.Delineate and demonstrate the legal boundaries of reverse engineering in different fields.Finally,it analyzes and introduces the current status of laws and regulations related to reverse engineering and judicial practice in major countries,and considers and draws lessons from the current problems faced by my country in the field of reverse engineering.Make some rationalization suggestions.
