Since entering the Internet era,China 's platform economy has developed rapidly,and some new formats and models have emerged,which have played an important role in promoting the high-quality development of market economy.However,at the same time,e-commerce platform operators require businesses to ' select one ' and other suspected monopoly events emerge in endlessly,which has brought serious harm consequences.As a new product of platform economy mode,the behavior of ' two choices and one ' of e-commerce platform belongs to the limited transaction behavior in the abuse of market dominance.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the behavior of 'two choices and one ' of e-commerce platform under the framework of abuse of market dominance regulation.This paper first lists two typical cases to elicit the monopoly issues involved in the “two-choice one” behavior of e-commerce platforms,and elaborates the manifestations,characteristics,causes and impacts of the “two-choice one” behavior of platforms.Secondly,this paper analyzes the relevant market definition and market dominant position identification of “two choices one” behavior of e-commerce platform,discusses the shortcomings of traditional analysis methods and considerations in bilateral market environment,and puts forward supplementary and perfect methods.Finally,it analyzes the anti-competitive effect of the platform ' s “two choices one” behavior and the defense reasons of the platform to determine whether the “two choices one” behavior implemented by the platform constitute the abuse of market dominance prohibited by the anti-monopoly law.
