Research On The Record System Of The Whole Process Of Administrative Law Enforcement

For the construction of the rule of law government,improve the level of the administrative law enforcement,in 2018,The General Office of the State Council issued "about comprehensive system of whole process adopts the system of administrative law enforcement of the public law enforcement record major law enforcement decision legal audit guidance system"(hereinafter referred to as the "guidelines"),the "guidance" marks the China formally established a system of administrative law enforcement process record.This paper analyzes the function of the system from the concept of the whole process record of administrative law enforcement.The content of the system is summarized,including the applicable scope and subject of the record of the whole process of administrative law enforcement,and the forms of the record of the whole process of administrative law enforcement are listed.The whole process record system of administrative law enforcement in China has made some progress and development,but there are still some problems.For example,there is no unified legislation on the system in Our country,the subject of administrative law enforcement has a misunderstanding of the system,and there are non-standard records in the process of law enforcement records.In view of these problems,the author tries to put forward some solutions,such as refining the system to speed up legislation,based on law enforcement practice to change the subjective understanding of law enforcement personnel and so on.In order to perfect the whole process of administrative law enforcement record system,promote the development of administrative law enforcement system.
