Research On Copyright Issues Of Mixed-cut Videos

With the rapid development of the Internet age,the mash-up video has gradually entered the public,especially the young generation's field of vision,and become one of the most popular means of information dissemination.mash-up video,is in the original works on the basis of re-editing,editing,music and other means of re-creation from the new works.Because of the particularity of this kind of creative mode,the risk of infringing the Copyright of the prior works is inherent in the mash-up video.However,from the current point of view,in China's existing copyright-related system,the attributes of the mash-up video,the standards for reasonable use,and the provisions for obtaining permission are not very clear,it would be difficult to meet development needs by relying only on closed enumeration provisions.At the same time,because the hybrid video is released in the video platform,the user can get some economic benefits by releasing the video,whether the commercial hybrid video can be used reasonably or not remains to be studied.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to clarify the copyright legal relationship between the mash-up video and the previous works,to explore whether the mash-up video content belongs to the scope of reasonable use,and to put forward some perfect ways to solve these problems,in order to achieve the balance of interests between the main body.
