Research On The Optimization Of Business Environment In Gaochun District, Nanjing

The business environment refers to the sum of external factors and conditions related to government affairs,market environment,legal environment and cultural environment involved in the process of market subjects’ entry,production and operation and withdrawal.A report released by the World Bank shows that a good business climate increases investment rates by 0.3% and GDP growth by0.36%.Gaochun attaches great importance to the construction of business environment,and has issued "100 Gaochun District Optimizing Business Environment",specially established to optimize the environment of business work leading group,four change idea of all-round management efficient path,activate the market dynamics Enterprise registration Promote innovation business,makes the government and the market is in a state of relative coordinate and thus enhance the competitiveness of Gaochun economic development.However,due to the remote geographical location of Gaochun,it is difficult to attract investment and talent introduction,and the economic pressure is still too large.In addition,in the reform process of "delegating supervision and service",there are some problems,such as low efficiency of government departments,lack of supply of guarantee elements,chaos inside and outside the industry and blockage of political and business communication channels,which have certain restrictions on the construction of business environment in Gaochun District.Through analysis and research,this paper visited 77 units and 147 enterprises involved in the construction of business environment,issued and analyzed 556 questionnaires,and found out the reasons behind the predicament of business environment in Gaochun.By using new public management and service-oriented government theory analysis tools,good experience at home and abroad for reference,aiming at existing problems and Gaochun’s business environment,combining with the reality,the government leading role,strengthening the management of factor supply security,to create the rule of law guide,build close business relationship and so on to provide effective Suggestions,at the same time,it may serve as a reference for the optimization of other parts of the business environment.
