Research On Emergency Management Of Urban Community Work Under The Background Of Epidemic Prevention And Control

At the beginning of 2020,COVID-19 was suddenly attacked,and communities,as grassroots prevention and control units,played an important role in epidemic prevention.Community workers,in coordinating and guiding residents,showed the significant role of community organizations in COVID-19 prevention and control.However,various prevention and control work of COVID-19 became the top priority of all community workers.However,in the actual work,many communities only have property company management,without the establishment of community residents committee or owner committee,and even some communities have property management problems to form a management vacuum.This poses new challenges for COVID-19 prevention and control and community management.Community work is the foothold for residents to carry out COVID-19 prevention and control management,as well as an important part of various work.It is very important for social workers to effectively carry out COVID-19 prevention and control in the community to pay close attention to the construction of community prevention and control system,accelerate the construction of community prevention and control service management system,and strengthen the innovation of community work mode.In the context of national prevention and control of COVID-19,combined with personal experience of participating in the social practice of COVID-19 prevention and control for the first time,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and investigation of the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the community of W City from the perspective of social work,which mainly includes the following contents.The forms of COVID-19 prevention and control in the community and the background of the normalization of COVID-19 prevention in the current society are deeply analyzed to provide the social work basis for the topic selection of this study.Secondly,the purpose and significance of the research on COVID-19 prevention and control work in the research community are described in this paper.In addition,the limited resources are used to consult relevant materials on community governance,public health events and social emergencies at home and abroad,and the research of domestic and foreign scholars is summarized.In the end,it lays a practical theoretical foundation for this study by combining relevant theories and concepts,and describes the research methods and innovation points of this paper.Based on my social work experience in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in W city,I made an in-depth analysis of the prevention and control work of the first and second COVID-19 occurrence in Y community,and summarized the prevention and control work of COVID-19 based on the prevention and control measures of COVID-19 in Y community and related theories of social work.The epidemic prevention and control management of the community was analyzed from the perspective of social work.By analyzing the community's emergency response capacity,COVID-19 prevention and control strategy and epidemic prevention and control effect,the advantages and disadvantages of the community Y in the epidemic prevention work in different periods were summarized.According to the deficiencies of the epidemic prevention work in the two communities,relevant opinions and improvement strategies are put forward pertinently,so as to provide reference suggestions for the prevention and control work in the communities.
