Post-Occupation Evaluation (POE) Of Liupanshui Yi Villages Relocated For Poverty Alleviation

The protection of traditional national culture and the relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas are the current priorities of our country.It is an important direction to take ethnic villages as resettlement sites for poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out post-use evaluation(POE)of ethnic villages after the relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas.Taking Yeyuhai Qianhu Yi Village as an example,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of village space from 15 aspects,such as traditional culture,road traffic,architectural design,geology and geomorphology,hydrological climate,industrial layout,and subsistence insurance.From social factors,the spatial structure form,natural conditions,economic indicators,policy support,build the ethnic villages of five level after using the evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process AHP model to determine the factors weights,with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the quantitative evaluation,it is concluded that wild jade sea swallowed yi village for the first phase of the project the indicators of satisfaction evaluation,According to the evaluation results,the quality improvement strategies of ethnic villages combined with inhospitable poverty alleviation and resettlement sites are proposed.According to the evaluation scores,it is concluded that the spatial structure and natural conditions are the indicators of higher satisfaction in the post-use evaluation of the resettlement sites of Yeyuhai's first-phase project in the inhospitable areas.Satisfaction is generally social;Less satisfied are economic indicators and policy support.This paper evaluates the relocation sites of poverty alleviation in ethnic villages and takes the evaluation results as a reference for improving the relocation of poverty alleviation in inhospitable areas.It is of great value to improve the satisfaction of the people in the relocation and resettlement of poverty-stricken areas,which is a supplement to the theory of ethnic villages.The results show that:(1)After the implementation of the relocation of poverty-alleviation from inhospitable areas,through the post-use evaluation of the first-phase relocation of poverty-alleviation from inhospitable areas in Qianhu Yi Village of Yeyuhai,the satisfaction of the relocation people is good,the spatial structure and form and natural conditions are relatively satisfied,the social factors are moderate,and the economic indicators and policy support are not satisfied.(2)through the wild jade sea swallowed yi village won the first issue to move village after use evaluation for poverty alleviation,sum up experience,as change of poverty alleviation in ethnic village relocation site,should give full consideration to the natural condition and the project space structure form,in the planning design of location,water,square,try to use the existing terrain conditions.(3)through the wild jade sea swallowed yi village won the first issue to move village after the use of evaluation for poverty alleviation,sum up experience,as change of poverty alleviation in ethnic village relocation site,priority to move the traditional national culture of the masses,house design,landscape design,public facilities design,combine to relocate the national characteristics of the masses,To carry forward and carry forward the traditional culture.(4)When ethnic villages are combined with the relocation of poverty-stricken people,because they are all poor households,the satisfaction of the relocation people is greatly affected by the policy,and the continuity of the policy before and after relocation should be considered.(5)Improving the system of poverty alleviation and relocation from inhospitable areas,increasing the subsidy for poverty alleviation and relocation from inhospitable areas,and diversifying economic income are also an important indicator affecting the satisfaction of relocation groups.Industrial layout should be improved,the income of migrant workers should be increased,and the post-use quality of poverty alleviation and relocation from inhospitable areas should be improved to improve satisfaction.(6)Through the analysis of the post-use evaluation of ethnic villages for poverty alleviation and relocation,it is found that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of the post-use evaluation of ethnic villages(thousands of Yizhai)for poverty alleviation and relocation is 0.06242.Satisfaction is good.Among them,the highest degree of satisfaction is the form of spatial structure,with a score of 0.2305,and the degree of satisfaction is relatively good.The second is natural conditions,with a score of 0.0636,and satisfaction is good.The third is social factors,with a score of 0.0144 and average satisfaction.The fourth is economic indicators,the score is 0.0031,and the satisfaction is poor.Finally,policy support,with a score of 0.0005,is poor satisfaction.
