Research On The Effect Evaluation Of The Implementation Of Ex-situ Poverty Alleviation And Relocation In Rongjiang County, Qiandongnan Prefecture

Relocation for poverty alleviation is a poverty alleviation policy that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attaches great importance to.It is a special poverty alleviation measure to solve the poverty alleviation caused by the poor living environment.The purpose of relocation for poverty alleviation is to get rid of poverty and get rich,improve the living and production conditions of the poor,increase the income of the poor,and help the poor relocate to a better living environment.Relocation for poverty alleviation not only changes the living conditions,but also realizes the sustainable development of the relocated people,and achieves the implementation of a relocation project,the resettlement of one group of people,and the realization of the ideal goal of one person out of poverty.In the critical period of poverty alleviation,we will resolutely defeat the stage of a well-off society with comprehensive fitness.How to effectively implement this policy so that this special poverty alleviation policy can have a good poverty alleviation effect,it is necessary to formulate reasonable measures and make a scientific evaluation of the implementation of the policy.How to find out the problems in the implementation of the policy and propose a targeted adjustment plan to improve the deficiencies in the content of the policy requires an investigation and evaluation of the effect of the implementation of the policy.Therefore,the evaluation of the research policy implementation effect is the top priority.In order to study the implementation effect of the relocation policy for poverty alleviation and relocation,this paper selects the investigation and evaluation of the effect of the implementation of the relocation policy for poverty alleviation and relocation in Rongjiang County,Guizhou,and hopes to pass Practical analysis,to find out the problems in the local implementation of poverty alleviation and relocation,and to provide an effective basis for improving and optimizing the content of the policy.In terms of subject research,this article first summarizes the mainstream theories and research status of public policy research in the academic world,clarifies the current development of theoretical research in this field,and then implements the questionnaire with Rongjiang County in Southeast Qiandongnan Prefecture as the object.Investigation and field interviews,based on a large amount of practical data collected,choose the "target achievement model" created by Wei Tang as the basis of the plan,design an evaluation system that includes multiple indicators,and conduct in-depth interviews and survey collections in the target area.Data,the obtained information is incorporated into the evaluation model,and the specific effects of the implementation of the relocation policy for poverty alleviation and relocation in Rongjiang County have been studied.
