With the development of socialist modernization,webcast marketing has been bred and received good response from the country,society and the broad masses of the people.The emergence and development of new things are bound to be accompanied by the emergence of new problems.Under the strategy of comprehensively ruling the country by law,relevant departments have successively issued relevant regulations to strengthen the legal regulation of webcast marketing.From the perspective of administrative law,the author discusses the development status of webcast marketing in the regulation of administrative law,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement in combination with scientific theories,so as to continuously enrich the theoretical connotation of the regulation of webcast marketing administrative law,which is conducive to guiding the practice of the regulation of webcast marketing administrative law,and forming a benign interaction between theory and practice.The full text consists of six parts.The introduction part of the article explains the background and significance of this study,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and the specific research methods used in the research process.The second part discusses the related concepts and characteristics of webcast marketing and the administrative law regulation of webcast marketing,and the necessity of strengthening the administrative law regulation of webcast marketing.The third part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of strengthening the administrative law regulation of webcast marketing,including the administrative regulation theory,balance theory,multiple governance theory,and the relationship between each theory and the administrative law regulation of webcast marketing.The fourth part discusses the development status of China’s webcast marketing from the perspective of legislation and law enforcement by combing relevant legislative documents and analyzing typical cases.At present,there are some problems in the process of legislation and law enforcement,such as imperfect standard system of webcast marketing,low law enforcement efficiency,and weak legal awareness of all participants.The fifth part puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the problems existing in the administrative law regulation of webcast marketing.In terms of improving the administrative standard system of webcast marketing,it analyzes from three aspects:improving the market access system,refining the administrative supervision and inspection system,and clarifying the administrative responsibility system;In the aspect of improving the efficiency of the administrative law enforcement of the network live broadcast marketing,the discussion starts from updating the concept of administrative law enforcement,clarifying the subject of administrative law enforcement,and enriching the ways of administrative law enforcement;In the aspect of strengthening the legal awareness of the participants,it is discussed from the aspects of improving the awareness of consumers’ rights protection,increasing the legal knowledge education of merchants,and enhancing the standard awareness of live broadcast marketing platform.The sixth part summarizes the full text and prospects the deficiencies of the research.
