The Research On Primary School Teachers' Organizations Commitment And Innovation Capability

The article uses the method of literature review.After the integration of research and learning a bout the organization's commitment and capability to innovate and foreign scholars,the o rganization and content of the concepts of commitment and innovation are strictly defined,dividing organizational commitment into affective commitment,normative commitment,ideal com mitment,economic promise and opportunity promised five dimensions,the capability to innov ate into the sense of innovation,creativity,innovation and creative skills to four dimensions of pers onality.In addition,the study analyzes the mechanism of organization's commitment.it raises the impact of organizational commitment to innovation capability of the assumptions,and using statistical software SPSS 17.0 for research,data are descriptive statistical analysis,analysis o f variance,correlation and regression analysis.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation of organizational commitment and innovation capacity which affects the level of organizational commitment to innovation capability to a great extent.based on the conclusions of the study on human resource management perspective to enhance teachers' or ganizational commitment the study gives recommendations for improving teachers' innovative c apability level,including 1.Adopting a "people-oriented" management practices 2.Improving teac her emotional commitment 3.Strengthening teaching style Moral education4.Improving te acher normative commitment 5.Improving teacher training system 6.Promotion mechanisms andlifelong career planning 7.Improving teachers' ideal commitment.
