Primary and secondary schools is significant to development basic education,and primary and secondary school teachers shoulder the task of cultivating talents for the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.It is the most significant group in the education system.The Direct leader to the perception of primary and secondary school teachers(such as,leader of the grade and director of teaching and research section,the same below)demonstrated conduct in accordance with ethical and ethical standards,which would enhance the teaching interest to return to school.Primary and secondary school teachers' teaching efficacy would affect teaching interest and teaching quality,and affect students' learning enthusiasm,academic achievement to some extent.However,in the educational system,the domestic educators and psychologists were relatively lack of research on ethical leadership and teaching efficacy.Therefore,it was necessary to explore the relationship between the direct ethical leadership and teaching efficacy of primary and secondary school teachers,as well as the impact of organizational justice and organizational commitment.This study was based on social exchange theory,and adopted the questionnaire survey to carry on the research.We took the teachers of primary and secondary school as objects,mainly from Changsha and Yiyang,in Hunan Province.Common method bias analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and Process analysis with the SPSS 19.0 were used to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers,as well as the mediating role of organizational commitment and moderating role of organizational justice.The results showed that:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between ethical leadership and primary and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers;(2)There was a significant positive correlation between ethical leadership and primary and organizational commitment among primary and secondary school teachers;(3)There was a significant positive correlation between organizational commitment and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers;(4)The correlation between ethical leadership and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers was mediated by organizational commitment;(5)The correlation between ethical leadership and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers was moderated by organizational justice;(6)Organizational justice moderated the relationship between ethical leadership and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers,showing as a mediated-moderator.Thus,the conclusions were as follows:Organizational justice acted as a mediated-moderator which moderated the relationship between ethical leadership and the primary and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers.When the level of organizational justice was higher,the relationship between ethical leadership and the primary and teaching efficacy among primary and secondary school teachers was stronger.Finally,the limitations of our study and future direction were discussed.
