In the present society, job burnout and organizational commitment have become research focuses in the field of public administration, and also play important roles in the field of education. This study through the questionnaire of primary school teachers in Dalian, in absorbing the domestic and foreign research achievements about teachers' job burnout and organizational commitment, with statistical analysis method, to investigate the characteristics of the primary school teachers' job burnout and organizational commitment in Dalian and the relationships between them.In this paper, observation of different types of organizational commitment of different performance to show that organizational commitment will have some impact on job burnout. To understand the current situation of primary school teachers' job burnout and organizational commitment; To analyze the effect of primary school teachers' organizational commitment on job burnout; To prove the inevitable relations between primary school teachers' job burnout and organizational commitment.The questionnaire surveys of job burnout and organizational commitment have high reliability and validity.After data analysis concluded that primary school teachers' job burnout in three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, low sense of achievement in medium to high degree, that most of the primary school teachers are in the very great degree the job burnout; And primary school teachers in four dimensions of organizational commitment which are affective commitment, ideal commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment are at the lowest level, on the average means some primary school teachers in organizations in a higher sense of identity and a sense of accomplishment, but most primary school teachers in a low level of organizational commitment.Three dimensions of job burnout and organizational commitment of four dimensions: emotional exhaustion of job burnout is negatively related to the continued commitment, ideal commitment, and affective commitment and normative commitment existed low degree negative correlation; Job burnout of affective commitment of human and organizational commitment degree high negative correlation, showed low degree of negative correlation with the normative commitment, positively related to the continued commitment, ideal commitment; Low sense of achievement of job burnout and organizational commitment of the continued commitment, ideal commitment to present a negative correlation, and positively related with emotional commitment and normative commitment. The analysis results show that the three dimension of job burnout and organizational commitment of the four dimensions have significant correlation.Through the above research, the primary school teachers to reduce the degree of job burnout, to help improve the level of organizational commitment.
