The guiding role of teachers and students in the classroom teaching,to meet the needs of international education,social development and education reform.As a result,the educational reform has changed the classroom: the main body position of the students has been paid more and more attention.However,many teachers misunderstand the main position of the students in the teaching,and make the students' "self" into "self".Therefore,the phenomenon of ignoring the guiding role of teachers is worthy of our consideration.The first part of this paper introduces the purpose,background and significance of the research,and briefly expounds the current situation of research on classroom teaching at home and abroad;the second part of humanism,constructivism,zone of proximal development as the research basis and since,made the explanation of related concepts;the third part is the questionnaire to experiment with high school students as the research object,the purpose is to objectively know now use this kind of teaching mode in classroom teaching,and through the analysis of survey results analysis on the problems and causes existing in classroom teaching now,although the dominant position of the students pay more attention to it,but not in the teachers' classroom teaching the weakening of the teaching level of teachers is a challenge;the fourth part in view of the above problems,the implementation of the "Guide-independent" teaching mode The necessary conditions should have,and starting from the integrity of the classroom teaching,teachers in classroom teaching before the guide in teaching,guidance,after-school guide strategy,give reference for the guidance of teachers in the classroom teaching,and combined with typical cases to provide practical guidance for teachers.The fifth part describes the conclusions and shortcomings of this study,the main reflection of the blind pursuit of teaching mode is the result of heinous.
