The development of chemistry is governed by social progress and human needs.Practice has proved that only green chemistry can meet the common needs of the social environment and human beings.The ecological civilization,as a national policy proposed in the 17th National Congress for the first time,and clearly put forward in 18th and 19th National Congress,more over set as millennium plan in the report of 19th National Congress.As we all know,the construction of ecological civilization cannot leave chemistry,the national policy also urgently needs chemistry to develop toward the direction of green chemistry.Education is one of the best ways to promote the development of green chemistry.Therefore,as a part of basic education,it is imperative to carry out green chemistry education in high school.The key point of this study is the influence of "green chemistry" on the construction of ecological civilization,from two aspects of students' ecological civilization consciousness and ecological civilization behavior.The two classes from the provincial model high school were selected by the writer for research objects,one of which is the common class and the other is the experimental class.It was found that the students have a high awareness of ecological civilization,but weak in their ecological civilization behavior,that is,their environmental awareness was strong,but "start from me" was insufficient after questioned and interviewed respectively.The green chemistry model teaching was used in the experimental class,while the traditional model was used in common class.Taking sulfur dioxide and developing chemical power as an example introduced two different teaching modes.The ecological civilization consciousness and behavior of the experimental and control classes were surveyed and interviewed again after two semesters.And it was found that the consciousness and behavior of ecological civilization in the common class were improved,but not significant as those in the experimental class,which has indicated that the teaching mode of green chemistry has played a positive role in guiding students' ecological civilization consciousness and behavior.This study consists of five chapters.The background,significance and literature review of the study are firstly introduced in the first chapter.significance and literature review.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the study,revealing the relevant theories of green chemistry and ecological civilization,as well as the theoretical support of this study.The basic design process of this research,including the research object,ideas,methods and development of research tools are listed in the third chapter.The fourth chapter states the result of the research.The pretest and post-test of ecological civilization consciousness and ecological civilization behavior were carried out in the students of experimental class and control classes.The conclusion has been drawn by comparing the data and the interview results.The fifth chapter describes the results of stage research,that is,the teaching mode of green chemistry is helpful to improve students' consciousness and behavior of ecological civilization.This paper also reflects on and looks forward to the future research.
