With the promulgation of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan, the country and society urgently need a large number of sports professionals to serve the purpose of advancing the building of a healthy China and improving people's health.General higher education has become an important way to select and train sports professionals. In recent years, the number of college entrance examinations for sports majors in Hunan Province has increased year by year, and competition has become increasingly fierce. The college entrance examination for sports majors is of great significance to the candidates for sports college entrance examinations, because the results of the college entrance examination for sports majors directly affect whether they can successfully enter the university.Judging from the match of the sports college entrance examination items and scores in Hunan Province, there are extremely high requirements on the movement speed and sensitivity of sports college entrance examination candidates. This study is based on the practice of sports training.By comparing the difference between the effects of complex training and traditional resistance training on the speed and sensitivity of sports college entrance examination candidates in Hunan Province, this study explores which training methods can more scientifically and effectively develop the speed and Sensitive qualities. It also provides relevant coaches with the theoretical basis for developing the movement speed and sensitive quality training of sports college entrance examination candidates, enriches the training methods and methods of movement speed and sensitive quality, and ultimately achieves the goal of improving the performance of the sports college entrance examination. This research used five research methods, namely, literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and experimental method. After completing relevant experiments,by comparing and analyzing the effects of complex training and traditional resistance training on the speed and sensitivity of sports examinees in Hunan Province, the following conclusions were reached:1.Both complex training and traditional resistance training can improve the lower limb power of Hunan Provincial Physical Education Examinees, but compared with a single traditional resistance training, complex training improves the power of lower limbs by a greater degree and has a more effective effect.2.Both complex training and traditional resistance training can improve the movement speed of Hunan college sports examinees, but complex training is more effective for the development of movement speed, especially for short-distance linear movement speed and fast movement. In the process, the development effect of the moving speed involving actions such as emergency braking, fast continuous direction, fast turning and starting acceleration is more significant.3.Both the complex training and the traditional resistance training can develop the sensitivity of Hunan college physical education examinees to a certain extent, but compared with the single traditional resistance training, the complex training improves the sensitivity more greatly. The training effect is more significant.4.Compared with the single traditional resistance training, the degree of correlation between the lower extremity explosive force and the speed of movement and sensitivity is increased after complex training. That is to say,the increase in the power level of the lower limbs after the complex training can promote the development of the speed and sensitivity of sports candidates in Hunan Province.
