Research purposes: track and field is the major event with the most medals in the Olympic Games,including 47 minor events.In the track and field events of the Olympic Games,China’s short distance race has no harvest except Liu Xiang won the gold medal in the Athens Olympic Games in 2004.In view of the dilemma of China’s sprint,domestic scholars have put forward some classic measures,which have achieved certain results in recent years,and the level is constantly improving Our excellent sprinters Su Bingtian and Xie Zhenye have broken the 10 second mark.But even so,there is still a big gap between China’s short distance running performance and the world’s highest level.The explosive power of lower limbs of sprinters is an important physical ability of sprinters,and explosive power is a key index reflecting the output power of sprinters.As a short distance runner,explosive training is very important in daily training.Research methods: in this paper,the Sprint Athlete’s lower limb explosive strength training method: complex training is studied,through the complex training and plyometric experiment comparison.In this paper,16 sprinters from Shanghai Institute of physical education were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the measurement results of height,age and weight.Complex training and plyometric were used for 6 weeks respectively.The training actions were distributed to the experts of physical fitness and track and field direction of Shanghai Institute of physical education by questionnaire survey.Test indicators: count movement jump,static squat jump,drop jump.Paired sample t-test was used to compare within group after three weeks,six weeks and three to six weeks of experiment.Independent sample t-test was used to compare between experimental group and control group before and after six weeks of experiment.Results:(1)before the experiment,the test results of the experimental group and the control group were tested by independent sample t-test,and it was found that there was no significant difference in the three test indexes between the two groups.(2)By paired sample t-test,it was found that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group at three weeks,six weeks and three to six weeks(P < 0.01).(3)By independent sample t-test,there was no significant difference in the three indexes between the experimental group and the control group at 3 weeks(P > 0.05),but the value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.At six weeks,there were significant differences in the three indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Experimental conclusions:(1)through the verification of this experiment,compound training has a good training effect on the development of Sprinters’ lower extremity explosive force,and it is significantly better than the plyometric group,so other projects relying on explosive force can also use compound training to improve and develop athletes’ lower extremity explosive force,so as to achieve good sports results.(2)The training cycle of compound training is generally 4-6 weeks,so if the training cycle is greater than or equal to 6 weeks,the effect of compound training is more obvious.The more short-term training should be based on the training level of athletes to choose which training method to use to enhance the explosive power of athletes’ lower limbs.(3)The premise of using these two training methods is that the athletes should have a certain strength training foundation,and the athletes with better strength can use the deep jump combined with heavy resistance training in this paper.(4)Through the experiment of short-term compound training,it is proved that compound training can indeed improve Sprinters’ explosive power of lower limbs,and through the comparison of the improvement range of the first three weeks and the last three weeks,the improvement range of the last three weeks still shows an upward trend,which proves that compound training can be used in a longer period of training to improve Sprinters’ explosive power of lower limbs.
