After years of twists and turns,Kazakhstan has been improving its national economic environment and has become the most comprehensive country in Central Asia.Breakthrough developments in education,public service,energy production and employment environment,coupled with a relatively stable political environment,have provided Kazakhstan's citizens with comfortable conditions for living and working,which has had a huge impact on population migration.As a strong country in Central Asia and the landlocked country with the largest land area,it provides an ideal life and study country for more residents.This paper analyzes the population migration after independence in Kazakhstan,and explores the factors affecting population migration,and then highlights the structural changes of the migrant population,the characteristics of the migrant population and its sources and locations.The research in this paper is based on the corresponding research on the migration of Kazakhstan from 1991 to 2018.On the whole,the evolution of population policy in Kazakhstan is a process in which a nation seeks progress and progress,but in a deep sense,Kazakhstan The immigration policy is based on pressure from all sides,especially the influence of neighboring powers,and a long-term and effective immigration policy.The first part of this paper is mainly about the concept of population migration.The second part of this paper mainly analyzes the main population migration after independence from 1991 to 2018.The third part mainly explains the causes and influencing factors of population migration after independence in Kazakhstan through qualitative analysis,and tests the influence of these factors on the degree of population migration.The content of the fourth part is mainly based on the conclusion of the third part of the qualitative analysis,resolving ethnic disputes,and reducing the population outflow.
