Research On The Construction And Countermeasures Of Physical Education Teachers' Team In The Compulsory Education Stage Of Poverty-stricken Counties In Shaanxi Province

With the promotion and implementation of national fitness and quality-oriented education and other related policies,sports as one of the "Five Education" has been gradually valued and re examined.However,China has a vast region,and the development of politics,economy,culture and education is not balanced.The balanced development of sports education has a long way to go.As we all know,the "barrel effect" has been reflected in various industries,and so has the development of education.In order to achieve balanced development of education,priority should be given to the weak areas with backward economy.At the same time,the balance of educational resources is the core of the balanced development of education,in which the construction of teachers' team is the cornerstone of the balanced development of educational resources;in terms of the balanced development of physical education,the construction of physical education teachers' team occupies an important position.It can be seen that the construction of physical education teachers in backward areas is an important measure to realize the balanced development of physical education.Luonan County,Yaozhou District and Qingjian County in Shaanxi Province are typical poverty-stricken counties in southern,central and Northern Shaanxi respectively.As a whole,the three counties are relatively remote in geographical location and poor in traffic convenience.Among them,Luonan County and Qingjian County are dominated by agriculture and planting industry,and their economic development is very backward.Yaozhou District drives the economy with certain tourism,but it is also a drop in the bucket;moreover,the three counties belong to Most of the rural primary and secondary schools are scattered,and the overall development of education is relatively backward.According to the data,as of February 27,2020,although all the three poverty-stricken counties have been decapitated,the economic poverty alleviation is not equal to the education poverty alleviation,and the education poverty-stricken counties are far from decapitated.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage of poor counties in Shaanxi Province as the topic,and takes three typical poor counties of Luonan County,Yaozhou District and Qingjian County as the research objects.Through the investigation and research,we can deeply understand the current situation of physical education teachers' team construction,analyze the influencing factors,and put forward the optimization strategies to the physical education in the whole compulsory education stage in Shaanxi Province The construction of teachers' team has important theoretical and practical value.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper firstly makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of physical education teaching activities in the compulsory education stage in Luonan County,Yaozhou District and Qingjian County,Shaanxi Province,as well as the construction of physical education teachers' team,and then probes into the influencing factors on this basis,with obvious results First,the construction of physical education teachers in poor counties in Shaanxi Province is relatively backward on the whole,with low emphasis on the construction of physical education teachers,large gap in the number of full-time physical education teachers,low quality,etc.,and the overall construction process is slow;second,the basic structure of Physical Education teachers in poor counties such as Luonan County,Yaozhou District,Qingjian County in Shaanxi Province is disordered,such as gender Third,the professional level of physical education teachers in poor counties such as Yaozhou District,Luonan County and Qingjian County is insufficient.Specifically,physical education teachers lack basic physical education theoretical literacy and teaching water Fourth,the stability construction of PE teachers in compulsory education in poor counties such as Yaozhou District,Luonan County and Qingjian County in Shaanxi Province is poor,the recruitment is unfair,the training opportunities are less effective,the incentive mechanism is not perfect,and the teacher mobility is strong.Fifth,according to the SPSS analysis method,the attribution shows that:The main factors that affect the construction of PE teachers in compulsory education in poor counties such as Yaozhou District,Luonan County and Qingjian County are the poor professional consistency of PE teachers,the lack of PE Teachers' continuing education,the unfair evaluation of teachers' professional titles,the lack of professional training system,the backward living conditions and income level,and the low attention of government departments.Based on the development status and influencing factors,the following optimization strategies are put forward:(1)change the ideological concepts of all levels,attach great importance to the construction of physical education teachers;(2)build a sharing platform for physical education teachers,coordinate the rectification and deployment of the structure of physical education teachers;(3)optimize the construction path of physical education teachers according to the human resource management model;(4)rely on the rich educational resources of Shaanxi Province,Establish the mechanism of joint assistance in Colleges and universities;(5)open up and innovate the sources of PE teachers,speed up the construction process of PE teachers;(6)build and develop the sports development projects of poor counties funded by leisure tourism industry in Shaanxi Province,so as to better promote the construction of PE teachers in the compulsory education stage of poor counties in Shaanxi Province.
