Colleges And Universities In Shaanxi Province, The Military Class Teacher, Team Building Research

Military course is a required course for students in universities. It is closely linked with other subjects, such as strategy, military system, mobilization, reserve, political work, psychology, history, geography, sociology and so on.As a new required course military course has been opened in universities. It reflects the Central Committee of CPC, the State Council and the Central Military Commission pay more attention to and took good care of the students' education of national defense. Military education opened in the universities will play a positive role on the aspect of promoting quality education, accelerating talents' training, strengthening people's awareness of national defense and the reserve's construction of national defense. In order to achieve the purpose of military teaching, it is no doubt that we must train teachers with high academic standards and teaching ability that could adapt to the demands of military teaching.Objectively speaking, In the Shaanxi Provincial Office of Education's care and support for more than 20 years, we have a certain extent development in the military teachers' construction. But there are also disparities with the actual needs and requirements. Some issues need to be resolved, such as the implementation of the document's spirit in functional departments and universities, the finalization of teachers post, selection, and on-the-job training. Based on the actuality, we studied some important issues focus on the teachers' construction in Shaanxi Province.This thesis has four parts. The first part is the introduction, in this part we introduce the research status, the content's theoretical and practical significance, the study of related issues defined, ideas and methods. In second part we introduce a class of the military profile of teachers, and summarize the basic situation of the National Military College of Education. In the third part we describe the research status and reasons of Shaanxi Province from the basic information, findings and causes. In part IV we propose the general ideas to strengthen the building of the Shaanxi military course's teaching staff from updating concept to increase the reorganizations of the military ranks of teachers, top-level designation and clearing the guiding ideology and basic goals about the building of the ranks of teachers, clearing goals and proposing the requirements of the quality of the military course's teaching staff, measures to stabilize the ranks of teachers, innovative mechanisms and the establishment a new training mode of a military course's teaching staff and so on.
