Achieving balanced development of compulsory education is an important strategic goal of China's education development in the new era.The establishment of scientific,reasonable,and operable statistical measurement methods is the key to achieving this strategic goal.For many years,researchers and practitioners of the balanced development of compulsory education have been exploring the introduction of statistical methods in the study of balanced development of compulsory education,and use statistical measurement theory and methods to analyze and explain the complicated and compulsory balanced development of compulsory education.With the continuous improvement and promotion of the national policy for the balanced development of compulsory education,the close integration of statistics and the balanced development of compulsory education has made the balanced development of compulsory education change from qualitative to quantitative and from traditional to modern.How to use statistical measurement theory and methods to statistically measure the gap,progress,and comprehensive indicator system of balanced development of compulsory education,and to scientifically measure and evaluate government investment,school-level gaps,and education quality The statistical measurement theory and method for the balanced development of compulsory education in China,which is used to guide the description,judgment and comprehensive evaluation of the balanced development of compulsory education,is not only an important realistic theoretical issue,but also an important statistical measurement method issue.From the perspective of statistical measurement,a new feature of modern statistics in the era of big data,combined with the perspective of pedagogy,statistics,mathematics and other disciplines,this paper systematically explores the value,nature and characteristics of the measurement system of balanced development of compulsory education,and understands the statistics of balanced development of compulsory education in China,following the thinking of theoretical combing empirical analysis experience reference rational thinking This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the measurement methods,analyzes the influencing and restricting factors,constructs the statistical measurement method system model of the balanced development of compulsory education,puts forward the rational thinking of optimizing the statistical measurement method of the balanced development of compulsory education,and provides the referential consultation and information basis for the realization of the strategic goal of the balanced development of compulsory education at the policy and practice levels.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the reason,research significance,research ideas and methods,and the definition of core concepts.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and analytical framework.The three major theoretical foundations of the theory of balanced development of compulsory education,the theory of big data and education big data,and the theory of statistical measurement methods are mainly introduced,and the analysis framework of statistical measurement methods for the balanced development of compulsory education in China is clarified.Chapter III is an empirical analysis.The current situation of the statistical measurement methods for the balanced development of compulsory education in China is sorted out,the main existing problems are determined,the reasons and influencing factors are analyzed,and a solid foundation is laid for subsequent research.Chapter 4 draws on foreign experience.The results of research on statistical measurement of education equity in foreign countries are mainly introduced and evaluated.Chapter 5 Rational Thinking of Optimization.By establishing advanced scientific statistical measurement concepts,constructing a multi-level statistical measurement method model for the balanced development of compulsory education,strengthening the capacity building of statistical measurement methods,focusing on the feedback and adjustment of statistical measurement method research,promoting statistical measurement methods for the balanced development of compulsory education in China Research can develop from integrity.
