Early childhood education is an important part of elementary education,which lays the foundation for the follow-up development and life-long learning of preschoolers.Preschoolteachers are the supporters and guiders of cultivating children's behavior habits and learning quality.Facing the challenges of information technology,home-kindergarten education,quality education and other aspects in the new era,preschool teachers need to pay more efforts.When they cannot flexibly adjust their own state,they are prone to anxiety,anger,depression and other negative emotions,resulting in burnout.The job burnout of preschool teachers is affected by both external and internal factors,including individual internal psychological resources.Mindfulness is a kind of psychological feature that individuals perceive their physical or emotional state with an open and receptive attitude and do not judge current events.It can be used as an internal psychological resource to affect the level of preschool teachers' job burnout.In addition,emotional intelligence can evaluate the ability of individual to observe,regulate and use emotions,and also can affect preschool teachers' job burnout.These two kinds of internal psychological resources are the internal factors that cannot be ignored.Therefore,this study introduces two factors of preschool teachers'mindfulness and emotional intelligence,and takes mindfulness as independent variable,emotional intelligence as intermediary variable,and job burnout as dependent variable.It explores the relationship between mindfulness,emotional intelligence and preschool teachers' job burnout,and analyzes the mediating role of emotional intelligence in preschool teachers' mindfulness and burnout.After that,the study could provide certain practical evidence for the psychological construction of preschool teachers.In this study,673 kindergarten teachers were selected from Shaanxi Province by cluster sampling,including 362 preschool teachers in public kindergartens and 311 preschool teachers in private kindergartens.With the test method as the main method of this study,supplemented by the interview method,the relationship among job burnout,mindfulness and emotional intelligence of preschool teachers was investigated.Using SPSS and Amos data analysis software to sort out and analyze the data,and to establish the structure model.Then,the following conclusions were exhibited:1.The job burnout of preschool teachers is in the middle and low level,and the state of emotional exhaustion is serious.There is a significant difference in the monthly salary of preschool teachers,but there is no significant difference in teaching age,kindergarten type and education background.2.Preschool teachers' mindfulness has significant difference in teaching age,but no significant difference in kindergarten type,education background and monthly salary.3.Preschool teachers' emotional intelligence has significant differences in teaching age and monthly salary,but not in kindergarten type and education background.4.Preschool teachers' job burnout has a very significant negative correlation with mindfulness and emotional intelligence,and there is a significant positive correlation between mindfulness and emotional intelligence,while there is no significant correlation between the internal mindfulness and the emotional exhaustion.5.Preschool teachers' emotional intelligence plays a mediating role between mindfulness and job burnout;among the four dimensions of emotional intelligence,the mediating role of emotional use is very significant,while the mediating roles of self-emotional appraisal,others' emotional appraisal and regulation of emotion are not significant;preschool teachers' emotional intelligence plays a part of mediating role between intrapersonal mindfulness and cynicism,but it plays a completely mediating role between interpersonal mindfulness and job burnout.According to the above conclusions,this study puts forward suggestions for kindergarten and preschool teachers on the basis of the situation of preschool teachers'job burnout and its relationship with mindfulness and emotional intelligence:(a)preschool teachers:first,establishing effective communication mechanism between preschool teachers of different teaching ages;second,strengthening the concept of lifelong learning and paying attention to improving professional quality;third,alleviating job burnout through self-emotional education.(b)Kindergartens:first,being care for teachers' emotions and creating a warm and democratic organizational atmosphere;second,optimizing the salary incentive system and effectively improving the salary;third,trying to organize kindergarten teachers to participate in mindfulness training.
