Casework Intervention For Stress Relief Of Major Caregivers In Stroke Patients

Stroke is one of the high incidence among Chinese residents,which has the characteristics of high incidence,high disability rate and high recurrence rate,and it is generally accompanied by complications such as hemiplegia,aphasia and dysphagia after the disease.Because patients are usually unable to recover their self-care ability in the short term and rely heavily on the care and help of others in the process of rehabilitation,this will have a great impact on the patient's caregivers and families.In addition,because the focus of attention is often focused on the patient's etiology and condition and how to make the patient recover faster and better,the caregivers around the patient are easily ignored.The patient and the caregiver are a shadow ring relationship,the rapid recovery of the patient's physical function requires it to be well cared for in physical and psychological aspects,and the mental state and physical health status of the caregivers in the process of taking care of the patient can not be ignored.Because the medical system of our country still needs to be further improved,and because of the influence of individual family economic level,many stroke patients will choose home rehabilitation as the main way of rehabilitation.As a result,family members naturally become the primary caregivers for patients.By investigating the stress relief problem of caregivers in stroke patients,the author found that most scholars mainly carried out cross-sectional studies,influence stress factors and coping stress methods,and so on.Therefore,to explore casework involved in stroke The research on stress relief of the main caregivers is of great significance.Through in-depth visits and stress assessment of specific cases,this paper findsthat there are economic,physical,social and psychological stress problems in the process of caring for patients.Before the intervention of the case activity,the results of the stress assessment showed that the stress was at a severe stress level.Based on the theory of social support and the casework technique,this paper intervenes on the stress relief problem of the victim and carries out the service activities according to the mode of psycho-social treatment.After the intervention,the stress of the victim in economic,physical and social interaction was relieved,and his potential to face the difficult situation of life independently was stimulated.The pressure level of the victim decreased obviously after service intervention.This indicates that the casework method has achieved good results in the interventional study of caregiver stress relief.In addition,this case work intervention research topic also has certain reference value to other disease caregivers stress relief problem.
