| Correctly recognizing and paying attention to the problems of rural women is conducive to fully excavating the advantages of rural women and giving play to the unique role of women in rural culture,rural families,rural harmony and rural construction,so as to properly solve the "three rural" problems.However,for various reasons,the group of women in difficult rural areas has not received wide attention from society.Women's social work,as an important part of social work,plays an important role in helping to solve women's problems and safeguarding women's rights and interests.Looking at the existing research,it can be found that most scholars analyze and discuss the development process of women's social work from a macro perspective,and put forward the social work of women Suggestions for action,but the micro-social work intervention in rural women's action practice theory promotion is less.Based on the above considerations,with the help of mentors and institutional supervisors,the author selected a typical rural women in distress as the case study object at the K project point,and carried out a study on the practical orientation of social work intervention in rural women in distress.The purpose of this study is to help rural women get out of their predicament and achieve their positive change and growth.On the basis of the case interview method,observation method and literature research method,the author defines the problem and needs of the victim,and formulates the corresponding service design according to the actual situation of the victim;on the basis of this,the author takes the rural women out of the predicament as the overall goal,takes the family system reconstruction as the guide,promotes the husband and wife communication,broadens the common concern,runs through the whole service process as the strategy,assists the victim to reconstruct the family system,enables the family system to function normally,and enables the victim to gain access to the family interaction grow,out of difficulties.The intervention process of substantive action mainly includes four stages:establishing relationship,obtaining family support,paying attention to personalgrowth and closing the case.In the stage of obtaining family support,the author helps the victim to establish the communication mechanism of husband and wife,change the family rules ease family relations and obtain family support by combing the victim's irrational beliefs,clarifying family tasks and role expectations,guiding the victim to maintain his family reputation and mobilizing the victim's potential family support.Through the combination of family therapy and case work,the author carried out nine case services,and showed the whole intervention process in the way of case record,including the transformation of the victim,the author's perception,service skills and so on.Finally,the author evaluates and reflects on the results of case service.Service evaluation shows that this intervention is effective,and both the victim and his family have achieved positive changes and growth,but there are also shortcomings in the service process.In addition to professional relationship building,informed consent,and social worker skills development need attention,in the intervention of rural women in distress in the service process,traditional patriarchal thinking and women The influence of tension confrontation between the two is also worth our thinking.In general,in the process of using social work methods to intervene in rural women in distress,we should pay more attention to the division of labor in rural families and the development of their family members,at the same time,we can not completely ignore the impact of the tension confrontation between the rural patriarchal tradition and the modern trend of female liberation on rural women.There is still a lot of research space on the problem of social work intervention in the reconstruction of the family system of rural women in distress,and the author is still exploring and learning. |
