In the modern society with diverse values,the role expectation of women has changed from being an understanding wife and loving mother to be a woman who can keep a balance between work and family,in other words,the family function is more socialized and a working mother has become a universal social role.Women do not take less family responsibility because of the change in labor division,so they are more likely to face work--family conflict.The post-90 s women,as a generation with individualized and diversified values,are more likely to disagree with the traditional values and find it difficult to keep the balance and hence have conflicts.In such a context,it is of theoretical and practical significance to help post-90 s career women to find solutions to work-family conflict.Many scholars have made different interpretations and studies on the work-family conflict.To solve the plight of working women in different professions and groups,intervention strategies should be made with patience and accuracy according to the specific circumstances of the working women.In this study,a case study was used as a way of intervention,and a psycho-social therapy was used to intervene in the job-family conflict of a post-90 s working woman.Then the causes and solutions of the work-family conflict were discussed.In the early stage of the case work,pretest analysis was conducted,and factors involved in the work-family conflict were determined based on the psycho-social therapy.In the middle of the case work,the rational emotive behavior therapy was applied to help relieve the client's extreme feeling,and the "person in the situation" theory was used to help the client adjust the role relationship and reduce the dysfunction in different situation systems.In the later stage of case work,the intervention process and the results were evaluated and the shortcomings in intervention work were also reflected.The case work of this study has greatly relieved the work-family conflict of the client,and the life of the client has been back to the right track.The case intervention indicates that the method is applicable to solve the work-family conflict the working women face.psycho-social therapy has a positive effect on alleviating the role conflict of professional women.The shortcomings of this study will continue to be improved in the future research.
