Research On The Current Situation And Risk Management Of Campus Loans In Higher Vocational Colleges In Inner Mongolia

In 2019,regulators launched a round of strict regulation on the problems of violent collection,high interest rate and abuse of data in campus loans.After this large-scale cleaning and rectification,many illegal and illegal platforms have been cleared out,and the development of the industry has been on the right track.However,under the ban of various relevant departments in the country,there are still some bad campus loan platforms with a lucky mind,in the guise of Internet finance to do high-interest student loans.Weaken the high interest,high service fee and high penalty,set up a loan trap.There are some students in the process of using these campus loans,there are bad loans,especially led by the bad online loans such as loan temptation,high-interest loans,deliberately created overdue,contract burial,service fees,consulting fees and other problems,the consequences caused by great harm.Based on higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia,this study to comprehensive nature of the data,choose different areas of Inner Mongolia in higher vocational colleges as a questionnaire distributed,the situation of borrowing in the use of the campus of college students,understand the student groups by the method of interview of non-performing loans,the use situation and problems of campus so as to find out the cause of the problem from different angles and existing risk,one is for students in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia to identify campus loan risks,avoid campus loan risk,thus effectively use campus loans;Second,from different levels and different angles,effective countermeasures are put forward for the management of campus loan risk in Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges.Not only for the school to deal with the students campus loan risk proposed countermeasures,but also for other higher vocational colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia to deal with the campus loan risk management countermeasures.Third,through the research of this paper,combined with the practice of solving campus loan problems in China,it provides management countermeasures for the local government,financial,legal and other authorities to solve the campus loan risk problems.Taking Inner Mongolia as the breakthrough point of the research in higher vocational colleges,business vocational college in Inner Mongolia,Inner Mongolia chemical vocational college,building vocational and technical college of Inner Mongolia,Baotou,light industry professional technology institute,Xilinguole vocational college as the research object,based on the detailed empirical interviews and questionnaire data,the status of non-performing loans in vocational colleges campus loans,using literature study,questionnaire method and case analysis,discusses from five aspects: the first chapter is introduction,the domestic literature review,research content and method,and the innovation of this article.The second chapter is the overview of campus loan,introduces the definition of campus loan,the history and current situation of the development of campus loan.The third chapter takes the college students in Inner Mongolia as an example and investigates the current situation of college students using campus loans by means of questionnaire.Including the questionnaire sample selection of the reason,design,sample description;The fourth chapter is about the case of bad net loan in Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges.The fifth chapter introduces the causes and risks of campus loan in Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges.The sixth chapter,based on the above research,puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the campus loan risks of Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges from different levels and angles,and puts forward practical Suggestions for further improving the campus loan risk management of Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges.
