Juvenile deviant behavior has always been the focus of social attention.Lack of intervention or improper intervention often leads to illegal and criminal behavior,which not only affects the survival and development of individuals and their families,but also poses a potential threat to the social order.Working-study students are a special group of teenagers with deviant behaviors.The intervention and transformation of deviant behaviors of working-study students have long been an important category of the work of working-study education,psychology,social work and other disciplines.Through literature review,the researchers found that the influencing factors of deviant behaviors of work-study students are various and comprehensive,including internal factors such as personality defects,emotional problems,cognitive biases and insufficient ability,as well as external factors such as family environment,peer environment,school environment and social environment.Based on this,the researcher carried out an intervention study aimed at the deviant behavior of working-study students.The researcher entered the working-study school as a resident social worker,and used qualitative research methods to collect research data through in-depth interviews and participatory observation,and then conducted corresponding coding analysis.Research process is accompanied by intervention,the intervention of the present study full self-determination theory as the basic framework,research perspectives and practice through the project,specific social work professional service intervention,2 + 1 growth company,team services,case-by-case counseling,parent-child camp,adventure camp,class activities,etc.,in response to Beijing S work-and-study schools 25 work-study students independently,ability,belonging to three basic psychological needs.The research finally found that the intervention of social work from the perspective of self-determination theory,after the three basic psychological needs of working-study students were satisfied to some extent,the deviant behaviors such as study weariness,bullying and Internet addiction all showed positive changes,accompanied by the pro-social positive behaviors.It can be seen that from the perspective of self-determination theory,social work intervention centering on the satisfaction of three psychological needs for deviant behaviors of workstudy students is conducive to the improvement of deviant behaviors of workstudy students.Based on the findings of this study,the author finally constructs a practical framework for the deviation of social work from the perspective of self-determination theory.
