With the coming of reform and opening up and transformation times, the deviant behavior of young people get more and more attention, how to guide the deviant behavior of young people go to normal school life is issues of common concern of parents, schools and society as a whole. The school group work originated in the West, this method set interactivity, fun, groups, and educational at one. It is able to meet the student’s needs of recreation and learning, and is conducive to the activities, it can often play a very important role in solving school problems, if make rational use can produce good results.This article first describes the applicability of the intervention of school group work Secondly, combine with the internship activities in Qixin school and starting from the school group work intervention points we carry out seven times school group activities. Then based on the observed record and related assessment tools we take relating assessment and reflection about the group activities. By paying attention to the contact before the observer group, a reasonable grasp of the progress of activities and deepen the communication and exchange among team members, we discuss the intervention effects and strategies of school group work on the behavior of juvenile delinquents.Based on the assessment and analysis of the activities, the school group work play a positive role in young people to improve the deviant behaviour. Their attitudes about life and learning have changed, the relationship with their parents has eased, and can appreciate the difficulty of parents, for future there is a certain degree of planning and hope. However, the persistent and stability about the effects of activities, the extension of the school group work and other issues are all to be studied and demonstrated.
