Group Work Intervention Research On The Improvement Of Love Ability Of Urban Single Youth

With the changes and development of the society,the life pressure of contemporary youth is multiplying.Most of them are too busy with work and study to pay attention to their personal problems and needs.As a result,the urban single youth group has become increasingly large.Youth is the future of a country and the hope of a nation.The party and the state have always attached great importance to and cared for youth.The medium-and long-term youth development plan(2016-2025)explicitly mentions the development goal of marriage and love among young people.The party and the state encourage and support the development of healthy single youth dating activities,emphasis on strengthening education and guidance,help single youth to establish a correct view of marriage and love,focus on the practical problems and urgent needs of single youth,do a good job in the work of single youth marriage and love.Nowadays,there are an endless number of matchmaking platforms and events catering to single youth.Different social organization units and enterprises are actively response to the call of the party and state,through a variety of colorful activities to make friends,to help single people to solve real problems and requirements,also has obtained certain achievements,but most of the activities are aimed at expanding the scope of the youth social,to little effect.The marriage and love status of single youth not only directly affects the healthy development of individual youth,but also concerns the harmonious and stable development of the whole society.Social work is centered on the needs of service objects,and USES scientific methods to help others to promote the healthy development of service objects and prevent and solve social problems.In this study,the group activity of " looking for TA for thousand times in the crowd " is taken as an opportunity to try to improve the love ability of urban single youth by means of practical intervention and professional social work under the guidance of social learning theory and adult attachment type theory.In the process of group activity intervention,the theme activity of love ability enhancement was designed and carried out for urban single youth.At the same time,volunteer service activities are introduced to create a practical way and space for members to improve their love ability by taking volunteer service as the carrier.From the three approaches of cognition improvement,concept internalization and behavior change,the single youth's understanding and acceptance ability,communication ability,emotion management ability and cooperation and mutual dependence ability are systematically cultivated and improved.Enhance the love ability of single youth to establish secure attachment relationship and achieve personal growth of love ability.
