Adolescents are growing at a stage from immaturity to maturity,but also an important stage of potential exploration and comprehensive ability training,which is full of infinite possibilities.Adolescents are the future of our country.With the accumulation of experience,they will work in a variety of industries,many of whom will also take on leadership jobs and play a greater role.From the perspective of employment,cultivating and improving youth leadership will help them achieve better employment,and graduates with a certain degree of leadership will naturally be more welcomed by society.Positive youth development theory believes that every teenager has leadership,and youth is the best time for leadership development.Understanding the factors leadership formation and development from multiple dimension helps carry out appropriate education and training for young people,including guide overall quality of training leadership,enhance competitiveness,to help them adapt to the society better.Social work in schools is an effective way to cultivate and improve students' leadership.The "embedded" development model of school social work refers to the development of social work elements within the school,the training of social work talents,the combination of social work and school work,and the integrated development of school social work.This "embedded" development is the integration of school education administrators,counselors,employment guidance teachers,psychological counseling teachers and other work forces to carry out services without increasing the school establishment,which has significant advantages.This study takes college students as the research object,to explore the factors that affect leadership,and to understand its role and advantages combining the development of embedded school social work with student professional development guidance.On the basis of theoretical and methodological research,the Leadership Skills Scale is introduced into the measurement of youth student leadership,measuring the level of youth student leadership and its influencing factors.At the same time,the Effective methods and scientific models ways of "embedded" school social work intervention are discussed and analyzed by interviewing the implementation carrier of "embedded" school social work.
