Research On The Path Of Social Work Embe Dding Into School

The introduction of professional social work is an important strategic plan for the reform of the national social system.Among them,the use of Hong Kong "government to buy social services" in the form of social work embedded in the mainstream way.As a forward position of reform and opening up,Guangdong by virt ue of the adjacent Hong Kong and Macao to facilitate the introduction of social development experience,to develop social work,and the emergence of job purchase and project purchase two mainstream embedded mode.School social work is an important area of social work,this study is based on the comparison of two schools to explore the social work embedded in the school path.I chose the government to purchase service path of the two different models of practice cases,Dongguan HQ secondary school(post school social workers embedded)and Zhongshan SY middle school(project school social workers embedded).The article describes the implementation of the two cases background and embedded mode.And the five concepts(embedded pattern,subject,space,process and effect)of embedded theory are compared and analyzed,and the law of embedding is summarized.Which can provide reference for the selection of the embedded work path of school social work in other areas.Through the comparative analysis of the two embedded paths,the research concludes that the post school social worker is superior to the project social worker in terms of stability,and the project school social worker is superior to the post social worker in the aspect of expanding the space.In the current institutional background of C hina,the government-led,civil contract is the general direction of the development of social workers,and the choice of job embedded or project embedded,need to consider several conditions: First,the development of school social workers in the initial stage,the government's financial support;Second,in the specific form of organization,the local government "number one" on the development of social work attention directly a ffect the choice of embedded path;Third,social work education and school social work talent is an important guarantee.Based on the five dimension analysis results of embedded path analysis,this paper mainly summarizes the types of schools that choose project embedding,job embedding,and embedding three options mainly from the more stable and effective consideration of embedding mechanism.I believe that institutionalized school social work can be from the following three aspects: First,the training of qualified or excellent school social work talent;Second,the school social work to develop a relatively fixed space for action;Third,the school social work to become a school Operation of an important system.In this regard,the author combined with the literature and field research summary,put forward to promote the school social work embedded six suggestions: First,social worker training and team building regional co-ordination,institutional participation,and build school social workers promotion channels and mechanisms;Thirdly,actively expand the school social work space,increase the virtual space embedded,and penetrate the social work concept and other soft embedded strategy;Fourth,the development of social work,In a certain period of time,the post school social workers and the project school social workers both exist,can learn from each other and promote the school social work in the school system of embedded and integration;Fifth,the school is most concerned about the most concerned about the parents of the community and the effectiveness and impact The characteristics of the school can try to generate within the system,the formation of post social workers,the project social workers between the three to promote the situation between the three.
