Cultural self-confidence is a positive culture identity and a manifestation of a confident personality.It not only emphasizes the individual's emotional preference for Chinese culture,a positive attitude and the practice of cultural norms,but also reflects the individual's high level of self-esteem and self-confidence,which is in line with the current value pursuit of Curriculum Ideology in universities.As a bold innovation and active exploration of “Three Full-Education”,the current research around Curriculum Ideology is concentrated on the theoretical and practical education level,while the research on its effectiveness and mechanism cannot be carried out due to the lack of a scientific evaluation system.This study used psychometric methods to explore the connotation and structure of Curriculum Ideology,compiled a questionnaire to evaluate the development of Curriculum Ideology,and explore the relationship between Curriculum Ideology,Cultural self-confidence and mental health through empiricl research methods.In the first study,the Curriculum Ideology evaluation system structure was established by means of literature research,expert opinion and open interview.College students were taken as the test subjects to form a Curriculum Ideology questionnaire through the questionnaire compilation process,and the differences of demographic variables in the evaluation of Curriculum Ideology were discussed.The second study focuses on the mediating role of Cultural self-confidence in the relationship between Curriculum Ideology and college students' mental health.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)the Curriculum Ideology evaluation questionnaire is composed of five dimensions:Ideological and political courses,Professional courses,General courses,Practical courses and Campus culture.It contains 36 questions and has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to evaluate the effectiveness of Curriculum Ideology development of colleges.(2)there are significant differences in gender,grade,major and political status in college students' evaluation of Curriculum Ideology.Among them,female students' evaluation of Curriculum Ideology is significantly higher than that of male students.The evaluation of senior students on Curriculum Ideology is significantly higher than that of junior students.The evaluation of liberal arts students on Curriculum Ideology is significantly higher than that ofscience and engineering students and students of arts and sports.The evaluation of Curriculum Ideology by Communist party members is significantly higher than that of non-party members.(3)there is a significant positive correlation between Curriculum Ideology,Cultural self-confidence and mental health of college students;Curriculum Ideology have a significant predictive effect on college students' mental health(positive and negative),while Curriculum Ideology and Cultural self-confidence have significant predictive effects on college students' mental health.(4)Cultural self-confidence is an intermediary variable between Curriculum Ideology and positive mental health,that is,Cultural self-confidence partially mediates the influence of Curriculum Ideology on happiness.Cultural self-confidence is a mediating variable between Curriculum Ideology and negative mental health(anxiety,depression),and Cultural self-confidence plays a part of mediating role between Curriculum Ideology and anxiety and depression.
