Casework Intervention Research On Employment Of The Poor From The Perspective Of Empowerment

It is of great practical significance to promote rural economic development and long-term stability that poverty and development influence each other,accumulate circularly and get out of the equilibrium trap.The study of case work involving in the employment strategy of the poor is conducive to improving the sustainability of the employment ability and poverty alleviation effect of the poor,getting rid of the dependence of the poor on the government,and getting rid of the influence of poverty culture on the poor,so as to promote the improvement of the income and happiness of the farmers,and provide the principles,concepts and methods for case work involving in the employment of the poor,and enhance poverty alleviation The scientific and forward-looking development is of great practical significance to the overall coordination and sustainable development of rural areas.This study selects the unemployed and poor people in t village of Y town as the research object,investigates the current situation of the unemployed and poor people in their life and work,excavates their inner employment ideas and needs,and then finds that there are three problems in the process of employment and reemployment: personal ability,social interpersonal relationship and social environment.With the help of social work method,social workers,after contacting the unemployed and poor people,use the interview skills of social work specialty to help the unemployed and poor people under the guidance of the theory of energy increase,and realize energy increase at three levels.One is personal empowerment.At the personal level,social workers,through the method of case work,tap the potential and advantages of the case owner,focus on the cultivation of the personal ability of the case owner,enhance the self-confidence and self-identity of the case owner,improve the case owner's ability,and promote the case owner to achieve employment so as to solve the problem of poverty.The second is the enhancement of their interpersonal relationship.On the level of interpersonal relationship,social workers help the case owner to link external resources,including human andmaterial resources,build social support network,make the case owner feel warm and concerned,and obtain job opportunities,so as to actively face the difficulties in life.Third,the increase of energy at the environmental level.Through various efforts,social workers change the system and rules that are not conducive to the employment of the case owners,comfort their psychological trauma,make them face up to it,learn to improve their employability and employment skills,and achieve skill enhancement.These three levels of energy increase can promote the poor unemployed to get out of the predicament,rebuild their confidence in life,establish a positive and healthy life attitude,so as to re adapt to the environment and enter the right path of life,and explore the fit point between social work and the unemployed poor.
