A Practical Study On The Case Work's Intervention In Improving The Endogenous Power Of The Poor

The problem of poverty has always been a stubborn disease that impede social development.Since the reform and opening up,China has made outstanding achievements in solving poverty problems,innovating the methods of poverty alleviation,and made important contributions to the world's anti-poverty cause.In the past experience of poverty alleviation,China has attached great importance to the material assistance of the poor people,but ignored paying attention to their psychological conditions,which resulted in that many poor people lack of the awareness of alleviating poverty independently,forming the negative psychology of "waiting for poverty alleviation",and the phenomenon of returning to poverty is relatively prominent.At present,our country is in the decisive period of poverty alleviation.Improving the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and achieving the goal of building a moderately well-off society in an all-round way is inseparable with the participation of social work.The professional methods of social work can fully focus on the psychological,cognitive and ability of the poor,so as to improve their endogenous power,and then to realize "alleviate real poverty" and "real povertyalleviation".This paper takes the poor in H Care and Assistance Base in Chengdu as the study object,adopts the literature research method and field research method to analyze the advantages of case work's intervention in the improvement of poor people's endogenous power and the actual situation of the poor people in this base,selects a typical case to carry out the intervention of case work,and studies in-depth the practical process of enhancing the endogenous power of the poor to alleviate poverty.At the same time,this paper also summarizes the problems in the practice process and puts forward some feasible suggestions.On the whole,case work can respect the will of the poor,help the poor people to find their own advantages,and build the confidence of poverty alleviation.It is not only beneficial to the long-term development of the poor and preventing the phenomenon of returning to poverty,but also conducive to improving the mechanism of poverty alleviation and providing new thinking for the poverty alleviation work in China.
