The quality of economic development has gradually improved,and more and more women are leaving the family to participate in the social division of labour;however,as a result of multiple factors,such as the intensification of competition in the labour market and the mucleation of the family structure,the female labour force participation rate in China has shown a declining trend.In addition,professional women's own role-playing has also become diverse,requiring them to reconcile their work and family roles at the same time,and under the pressure of these dual roles,family support from the husband's sharing of household chores is important for easing working women's work-family conflicts and increasing female job satisfaction.The need to resolve the problem of how to make more effective use of the talents of working women,to increase their job satisfaction and to reduce fertility-work conflicts,as well as the impact of family support,are of great importance for personal development and the improvement of the system of the employer.In this paper,working women are used as research subjects,and the model is built by Oprobit method,based on the 2016 China Household Dynamics Tracking Survey(2016CFPS)data,and the effect of first childbearing age on job satisfaction of working women is systematically analyzed using ordered probability regression model.While analyzing the relationship,the moderating variable of family support was introduced and its moderating effect on the relationship between age at first birth and job satisfaction was discussed.The article consists of five parts.Firstly,by reviewing and combing the research status and dynamics of the relevant literature,we introduce the relevant research methods and technical lines.Secondly,combing role theory and family support theory to provide a theoretical framework for the establishment of the theoretical model in the study,and presenting the research hypothesis and theoretical model for this paper.The third section presents the data sources and provides descriptive statistics on relevant sample variables.In the fourth part,empirical analysis was conducted to establish an ordered logistic regression model(Oprobit model)to analyze the baseline regression results of working women's first childbearing age,family support,and job satisfaction;to test the robustness of the baseline regression estimates,the 2014 CFPS sample and Ologit method were chosen to be replaced for the regression estimates;in addition,heterogeneity analysis of market segmentation,education level,and number of children was also conducted Finally,there are conclusions,shortcomings and future prospects,with policy recommendations and management advice at the national,organizational and individual and family levelsThe study found that after controlling for other factors,female employees' first childbearing age had a suppressive effect on job satisfaction,that women of later childbearing age had lower overall job satisfaction levels than women of earlier childbearing age,and that family support had a significant positive moderating effect.In the heterogeneity analysis,there were differences in the extent to which the age at first childbearing affects job satisfaction among working women in different subgroups of market segmented subjects,education level,and number of children,but all showed the same dynamic evolutionary trend.Among them,the effect of the age of first childbearing on job satisfaction is more sensitive in towns,in the market segmentation of grass-roots jobs,in non-tertiary education and for working women with one child,and the moderating effect of family support is significantly more effective.
