With the rapid development of our country's economy,the living cost of the majority of the people is increasing,the pressure of work is increasing,the conflict between working families is serious,and the same is the same with the university teachers.College teachers are not an easy job.Their daily hours are large and their scientific research tasks are heavy.They also need to be responsible for various kinds of teaching services.So the time and energy of the teachers are bound to be reduced,and conflicts between working families are inevitable,and then job burnout,working enthusiasm is reduced,and the work is satisfactory.The degree is low.Because individual work family conflict and one of the closely related factors of job satisfaction are organizational support,this paper tries to study whether the perceived organizational support of college teachers can change the relationship between working family conflict and job satisfaction.In this study,university teachers are taken as the research object,using the domestic and foreign mature scale design questionnaire,mainly in Beijing area,through the network channel to distribute the questionnaire to the teachers of various colleges and universities,and finally reclaim 228 valid questionnaires.Through the use of SPSS19.0 analysis software,the first descriptive statistics of the data,followed by the regression analysis of the time,pressure,behavior conflict and job satisfaction between the teachers' work and the family,the relationship between the research,and the hierarchical regression analysis to verify the three dimensions of the organizational support(instrumental support,Whether emotional support and superior support can regulate the effect of time,pressure and behavior conflict on job satisfaction respectively.The results of the study are as follows:First,University Teachers' work family conflict level is high,job satisfaction is at a general level and perceived organizational support is low.Second,University Teachers' work family conflict has negative effects on job satisfaction.Third,the negative impact of work family conflict on job satisfaction is higher when emotional support and superior support are high.Fourth,part of organizational support does not have moderating effect.In the last part of the article,we give relevant policy suggestions from two aspects of national policy and university organization to improve the sense of organizational support perceived by college teachers,so as to balance the work and family conflict of college teachers and improve their job satisfaction.
