Ideological And Political Education Background Research On The Development Of Red Research And Study Travel In Lhasa No. 2 Secondary Vocational And Technical School

Under the background of the national efforts to promote the construction of ideological and political education system and quality education system,red study travel is more and more favored by the education subject for its novel education mode and its practical composite education attribute.Tibet Autonomous Region has its own political particularity.Schools in the region should focus on the maintenance of national unity,give priority to the development of ideological and political education,guide students to distinguish right from wrong,and maintain social stability and national unity.As far as vocational schools are concerned,the comprehensive quality of students is relatively low,hence schools should pay more attention to ideological and political quality education and professional ethics education while improving students' professional skills,so as to cultivate students' correct cognitive concept,in doing like that students can have better performance and more sustainable development in the future.As the largest application-oriented secondary school in Tibet Autonomous Region,Second Lhasa city medium occupation technical school not only imparts hard professional skills,but also pays attention to the cultivation of students' personality and values.This paper attempts to introduce the red study travel education mode to Second Lhasa city medium occupation technical school,aiming to help the school to enhance the effect of ideological and political education.Through the methods of second-hand data collection,questionnaire survey and individual interview,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the feasibility of setting up red study travel course in Second Lhasa city medium occupation technical school from two aspects of demand side and supply side.According to the questionnaire filled in by the students,the ideological and political education in the school is generally good.The school has innovative spirit in ideological and political education and is willing to try different teaching methods,but there is still room for improvement in practical teaching.The survey also found that teachers and students of the school have a high recognition of the ideological and political education function of red study travel,and they are willing to accept it.Through data collection,it is found that there are abundant resources around Lhasa for red study travel,with better potential for human resource development,and the government also has corresponding policy support.As a whole,it is highly feasible for the school to carry out the red study travel.On this basis,this paper further explains the development of red study travel in Second Lhasa city medium occupation technical school,and gives detailed suggestions on the development of red study travel in the school from the following aspects: curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.Finally,from the perspective of internal and external cooperation,the paper gives practical methods and suggestions from the base construction,curriculum development,tutor training and other branches.It is of great significance for Tibet secondary vocational schools to promote ideological and political education with red study travel.This paper selects Second Lhasa city medium occupation technical school as a case study,analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education development and the demand for red study travel,and develops a red study travel course suitable for the school according to its conditions.This paper gives some useful suggestions from both theoretical and practical aspects,hoping to provide a useful reference for the development of red research travel in Second Lhasa city medium occupation technical school.
