Research On The Coordination Level Of City Competitiveness And City Happiness Index And The Countermeasures For Its Promotion

In recent years,China's urban competition has entered a new pattern of "consumption and commercial civilization",and urban competitiveness is increasingly closely related to its commercial charm.Urban residents' happiness is the top demand of urban development.Today,with the change of people's contradiction in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,urban happiness index has become an important indicator concerned by the government and citizens.In the new era when urban competition begins to focus on individual consumption and commercial charm,it is the goal of urban development and construction to improve urban happiness and urban competitiveness.In terms of urban development goals,the happiness of urban residents and the competitiveness of cities are relatively unified.Based on the social phenomenon,it is not difficult to find that the strong competitiveness of cities can provide people with better development opportunities and obtain better economic income,and promote people to obtain happiness.However,cities with strong competitiveness tend to have high work pressure and high living costs,so people's happiness is relatively weakened.Based on the social reality,there is a relative contradiction between urban residents' happiness and urban competitiveness.To explore the coordination level between urban happiness index and urban competitiveness,and put forward constructive Suggestions for urban development,is conducive to improving urban competitiveness and satisfying the pursuit of happy life of urban residents.Therefore,adhering to the principle of "found the problem-research the problem-solve the problem ",the thesis aims to design and build new pattern of competition in China's urban competitiveness evaluation system,studies the competitiveness of different cities at a specific time series changes,further explores the coordination level of urban competitiveness and urban happiness,provides the constructive suggestions for the government to improve urban competitiveness and residents' happiness.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:First,construct a city competitive index system under the new pattern of urban competition.Based on the current situation of urban competition in China,combining with the connotation and influencing factors of urban competitiveness,this thesis enriches the evaluation index system of urban competitiveness by methods of literature research and quantitative statistical analysis.Second,measure and analyze the level of urban competitiveness of China's twelve new first-tier cities.Based on the established index system of urban competitiveness and the index data of new first-tier cities from 2008 to 2017,this thesis measures and analyzes urban competitiveness,and provides a data basis for the research on the relationship between urban competitiveness and urban happiness index.Third,measure and analyze the coordination level between urban competitiveness and urban happiness index.Analyze urban competitiveness and urban happiness at the same time dimension on the correlation degree and coupling coordination degree by applying the coupling coordination model,and explore the coordination between the two,and clarify the relationship between urban happiness index and competitiveness for scientific reasoning,and provide scientific basis for improving the coordination level of city competitiveness and city happiness index.Fourth,put forward the city development and the management constructive countermeasure.Based on the analysis and discussion of the previous studies,constructive suggestions are proposed for the coordinated development of urban competitiveness and residents' happiness.This thesis combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,combines theory with practice,enriches the urban competitiveness index system under the new situation of urban competition,measures and analyzes the coordination level between urban competitiveness and urban happiness index,and provides reference basis for urban construction and management.
