With the rapid development of the information society in the new era,mathematics education is no longer limited to letting students master basic mathematics knowledge and skills,but paying more attention to letting students master mathematical thinking methods on the basis of basic mathematics knowledge and skills,so as to improve their mathematical thinking ability and mathematical literacy."Mathematics is the science that studies quantity relation and space form","number" and "form" are the basic constituent elements of mathematics,running through all the fields of junior high school mathematics knowledge.As one of the most basic and important mathematical thoughts in junior high school mathematics,the combination of number and form can help students deepen their understanding of mathematical knowledge,solve mathematical problems flexibly,develop abstract thinking and image thinking in mathematics,and promote students' all-round development.This paper is mainly divided into five parts: first,the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods,etc.Then,by means of literature research,the author has consulted a large number of literature and reviewed the existing research results of "combination of Numbers and shapes" at home and abroad,defined the relevant concepts and laid the theoretical foundation for the research in this paper.Secondly,on the basis of existing research theory,through text analysis method,according to the curriculum division four mathematics,mathematical six people just dig into junior high school mathematics textbooks of textbooks in the knowledge of the number form combining ideas,again in the "number and algebra" "graphics and geometric" "statistics and probability" "comprehensive and practice" and so on each domain each choose one or two content for specific analysis.Again,through interview and questionnaire investigation and study in junior middle school mathematics teaching thought of "number form combined with" the application of the status,including: the teachers and students to the idea of "the number form combining" the understanding and the understanding of the status quo,on the practical teaching teachers for the implementation of the number form combining ideas and infiltration,students present situation of the application of logarithmic form combining ideas.Conclusion :(1)teachers have a certain understanding of the idea of "combination of number and form",but lack of mining or mining the application materials of the idea of "combination of number and form" in the teaching materials;(2)although mathematics teachers unanimously agree that the thought method of "combination of number and form" has positive value in teaching,they are not strong in the consciousness of actively applying the thought of "combination of number and form" in actual mathematics teaching;(3)in mathematics teaching,teachers have a single way to infiltrate the thought of combination of number and form.The infiltration of the thought ofcombination of number and form mainly focuses on problem sets,and only regards the thought of combination of number and form as a tool to solve mathematical problems.(4)although students think that the "combination of number and form" has a positive effect on mathematical learning and solving problems,they do not understand the ideological connotation of the combination of logarithm and form;(5)although students have a certain ability of "solving shapes by Numbers",they are not good at "solving Numbers by shapes" and "combining Numbers with shapes".Therefore,in the last part of this paper,in view of the shortcomings of the application of the combination of number and shape thought in the rural junior high school mathematics teaching,the author puts forward some teaching Suggestions on the application of the combination of number and shape thought in the rural junior high school mathematics teaching.
