The basic concept of the "Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards"(2017 version)emphasizes the construction of activity-based course,which is dominated by the cultivation of the core quality of Ideological and political subjects,and takes the form of activities to present the subject content.The topic based activity class is a classroom teaching mode that combines theory and practice perfectly,and integrates several activities into classroom teaching organically,focusing on students' real life and future development,which helps students better adapt to social development.At the same time,the activity class focuses on the activity topics,combines the content of the course with the situational activities,and relies on the social practice activities to achieve the value leading effect of the ideological and political discipline.Through the introduction,guidance,discussion and analysis of topics,we can promote the renewal of teachers' educational ideas,innovation of teaching methods,and change of learning methods for students.In the process of independent learning and cooperative discussion,we can cultivate students' key abilities and necessary characters to adapt to social life,develop the spirit of innovation,and improve their ability of living practice.Our country is in the accelerating period of social reform and economic transformation,with more diversified social thoughts,more diversified social values,and more changeable social thoughts.As the main position of moral education,the ideological and political course should give full play to its value leading role,conform to the general trend of deepening the reform of basic education,and implement the concept of new curriculum standards,so as to cultivate political identity,scientific spirit and awareness of the rule of law The core quality of public participation is the basic goal of curriculum teaching,which makes students become innovative talents that meet the requirements of the times and adapt to social development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the reform of Ideological and political classroom teaching and construct the topic based activity class of Ideological and political course in senior high school based on the core quality of the subject.The structure of this paper is divided into four parts: the first part is to clarify the content and framework of this study,and to elaborate the background and significance of this study,the status quo of research at home and abroad,the main research methods and innovation points in combination with the current education and teaching reform work and the background of the introduction of high school ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition);the second part is to define the relevant concepts,This paper discusses the main framework of this study,the characteristics and construction basis of the topic based activity class of the ideological and political course in senior high school based on the core quality of the discipline;the third part,through the sampling survey,teacher interview and on-the-spot observation of all the representative senior high school students in City a,analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the topic based activity class of the ideological and political course in senior high school The fourth part,the countermeasure research,unifies the question and the reason analysis which the present high school thought political lesson topic type activity classroom constructs based on the discipline core literacy,proposes the corresponding solution countermeasure pertinently,further improves the present thought The ways and means of cultivating the core literacy of political discipline,and the reform of classroom teaching mode,so as to serve the cultivation of young people who really have the core literacy of discipline and can take on the responsibility of the times.
