The difference between project-based learning based on core literacy and traditional teaching mode lies in that the traditional teaching mode focuses on knowledge while project-based learning focuses on cultivation of students' ability.In project-based learning,students participate in class actively and they can play their subjective initiative better.This study takes the spirit of the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to implement the party's education policy,promote the development of quality education,and train our young people to become a comprehensively developed socialist successor and builder,such as moral,intellectual,and physical beauty.The application research of literacy project-based learning in high school chemistry teaching has certain significance in theory and practice.In this study,literature survey method was used to collect,screen,analyze,and organize related literature.The questionnaire survey method,interview method,and experimental method were used to implement the core literacy of first-year chemistry subjects in some high schools in Liaocheng,for some students with low learning interest and difficulties in chemistry study,across textbook analysis and learning situation analysis separately,designing developmental projects based on students' existing theoretical knowledge combined with core literacy of chemistry,teaching with the project-based learning model,and investigate again after implementing projects.It is used to evaluate the implementation effect of project learning based on core literacy in high school chemistry teaching,and finally to make relevant suggestions for the next work of this research.The study found,project-based learning based on core literacy can promote teachers and students' understanding of project-based learning,and deepen the connotation of the core literacy of the chemistry subject,expand the teaching skills of teachers,improve students' interest in learning and the ability to solve problems.The theoretical integration of core literacy and project-based learning organically,core literacy guides project-based learning,and project-based learning can effectively develop students' core literacy in chemistry.Under the guidance of the core literacy of chemistry,teachers and students have in-depth understanding and implementation of project-based learning,especially teachers' understanding of project-based learning is conducive to the promotion of project-based learning in a wider range,and to achieve the innovation of teaching models.In terms of practice,the implementation of project-based learning has promoted the development of teacher education,while improving students' knowledge internalization and ability to solve problems.Investigations before and after the implementation of project-based learning in high school chemistry classrooms have found that project-based learning is generally recognized by both teachers and students,and has practical value for continuous implementation in high school chemistry classrooms.
