General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the national education conference that we should persist in moral education,pay attention to students' Ideological and political work,and at the same time attach importance to the practice of core values among junior middle school students,so as to cultivate a socialist successor in a new era of all-round development.In contemporary society,the moral concept of junior high school students is related to the prosperity of the nation and the future of the country..Therefore,the introduction of the mechanism of rewards and punishments into the practice of socialist core values of junior high school students is conducive to the construction of a clear social atmosphere of rewards and punishments,to the guidance and regulation of students' moral behavior,to the cultivation of successors with both moral and talent.Based on the comprehensive analysis and integration of a large number of materials,and combing the relevant theoretical basis,on this basis,through the empirical investigation of the current situation of the reward and punishment mechanism of the socialist core values of junior high school students.It is found that the junior high school students can understand the reward and punishment mechanism of the practice of socialist core values,but in the process of the operation of the mechanism,there are still more or less problems such as the standard of reward and punishment,the coverage of reward and punishment,the way of reward and punishment,and the application of reward and punishment.And the reasons for the poor results are that the school's reward and punishment mechanism is not perfect,the traditional family education concept has errors,the teachers do not attach great importance to the reward and punishment mechanism,and the students do not have enough cognition of the reward and punishment mechanism.By combing the current situation of the construction of the reward and punishment mechanism,we can explore the relevant optimization countermeasures of the current construction of the reward and punishment mechanism,so as to achieve the ideal state of junior high school students' moral behavior performance.Under the guidance of the overall design principles and basic requirements of the reward and punishment mechanism,this paper attempts to build the basic structure of the reward and punishment mechanism and explore the operation mechanism of the mechanism,so as to provide internal guidance for the application research of the reward and punishment mechanism.In the specific application research,the construction of reward and punishment standard implementation plan and the optimization strategy research of reward and punishment mechanism are carried out,so as to explore the optimal path to maximize the incentive effect of reward and punishment mechanism on junior high school students,and fully realize the mechanism's lasting and far-reaching educational influence on reward and punishment objects,so as to form a new trend of moral civilization in the whole society.
