Nowadays,rewards and punishment have been regarded as an important education means in school management,which has played an increasingly important role in recent years.This study by bandura's theory of "enhanced",Locke "disciplinary education theory",Rousseau's "natural punishment theory" as the basis,integrated with the literature method,questionnaire investigation,interviews and classroom observation four kinds of research methods,the M investigating and analyzing the present situation and problems of primary school teachers'implementation of rewards and punishments,and sum up,find out the existing problems and puts forward reference opinions,hope to provide reference to the research of scholars.This study through to the teachers and students in the form of rewards and punishments,the degree of the basis,the frequency,explore the effect and so on each aspect,found the basis of rewards and punishment is not objective,rewards and punishment is unfair,rewards and punishment ineffective,and other issues,and in view of the problems found,explore the reasons,lack of awareness of teachers to rewards and punishments,the establishment of rewards and punishment system is unreasonable,the influence of the traditional concept of rewards and punishments and puts forward countermeasure Suggestions,participate in the establishment of the system of rewards and punishments,both teachers and students to improve teacher's professional accomplishment.Results show that effective and reasonable rewards can stimulate student's study enthusiasm,improve the students' interest in learning knowledge and basic skills,help them to grasp what the learning will be more quickly,promote the all-round development of students.Proper punishment can cultivate students' ability to endure setbacks and make students have a sense of mission.
