Research On Development Status And Influencing Factors Of High School Soccer In Baoji City

With the spread of football on campus,more and more students participate in football,laying a foundation for the development of football on campus.It not only expands the football population and trains talents,but also,more importantly,promotes the all-round development of young students,strengthens their physique and promotes their healthy growth.It is particularly important to find a suitable development path for the development of campus football in Baoji senior high schools,which will provide theoretical basis for the future development of campus football in Baoji and promote the development of youth football in Baoji and even Shaanxi province.This paper takes the current situation and influencing factors of the development of campus football in Baoji senior high schools as the research object,selects Weibin district,high-tech zone,Fengxiang county,Taibai county,mei county and fufeng county as the main research areas,and takes relevant experts and scholars,heads of relevant departments,school leaders,teachers and students in Baoji city as the research objects.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper makes an investigation and study on the development status,influencing factors and development countermeasures of campus football in Baoji senior high schools,and obtains the following research results.In terms of students and parents,32.84% of the students said they liked football very much,8% of the parents supported their children to participate in campus football activities,and 44% of the parents did not support their children to participate in campus football activities.Parents were deeply rooted in traditional ideas and were influenced by playing football.However,some parents still supported their children to participate in football activities and bought equipment for their children to discuss the topics related to football with their children.In terms of competitions,Baoji senior high schools have set up school football teams and take part in campus football league matches.the first representative of the county district takes part in municipal competitions.the first two representative districts take part in municipal competitions.66.7% of the schools hold campus football league matches,usually in grades or several classes.the number of students taking part in campus football matches in each class is below 10,accounting for88.9%,and 55.6% of the schools take part in 10-15 matches a year.In terms of courses and extracurricular activities,66.7% of the schools offerfootball courses,but all of them are in the form of elective courses.55.6% of the schools offer 8-16 class hours,with rich and colorful contents mainly including football games,techniques,skills,tactics,physical fitness,competition rules and competitions.All schools carry out extracurricular sports activities in the form of associations,which account for 76.3% of the total number of activities carried out 3-4times a week.In terms of venues,equipment and funding,the nine senior high schools surveyed have 4 standard 11-person venues,2 are 7-person venues,and 3 have no venues,which is not conducive to the development of campus football activities.All schools in the county have venues.The funds are mainly used for student equipment,outdoor competitions,site equipment construction and security work.As for managers and teachers,senior high schools are affected by the pressure of entering a higher school.Teachers in various subjects often occupy physical education classes.27.8% of them are football teachers,6 have coach certificates,4 have athlete grade certificates,72.2% of teachers are undergraduates,and 61.1% of teachers have participated in campus football training.The main factors that affect the campus football of Baoji senior high school are attitude,school hardware,organization and management,teaching arrangement,teacher quality and natural environment.Taking attitude atmosphere,school hardware,family attitude,organization and management,teacher quality and natural environment as first-order factors,and campus football work as second-order factors,theoretical structural models of first-order and second-order confirmatory factor analysis are established respectively.The countermeasures for the development of campus football in Baoji senior high schools are: to coordinate cultural lessons and football activities,and to arrange teaching reasonably;Improving teaching quality and enriching extracurricular activities;We will improve the incentive mechanism for students to participate in football and establish a system of rewards and punishments;Strengthen the construction of football teachers and carry out targeted training;Changing parents' traditional ideas and intensifying publicity efforts;Increase funding to improve site facilities;Perfect the competition system and establish a reasonable league system.
