| In order to thoroughly implement the important guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on revitalizing Chinese football ’s ’starting from children,starting from the grass-roots level and starting from the foundation ’,solidly promote the construction of the ’ eight systems ’ of campus football,shift the focus of popularization,accelerate the popularization of campus football and consolidate the foundation of campus football development,the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the pilot work of early childhood football in March 2019,and launched the selection and creation of kindergartens with football characteristics.By the end of 2021,a total of 114 kindergartens in Guizhou Province were identified as state-level football characteristic kindergartens,and 14 state-level football characteristic kindergartens in Guiyang City.In order to comprehensively and accurately grasp the development of football activities in kindergartens with football characteristics,this paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,field observation and mathematical statistics to conduct in-depth investigation and study on the development of football activities in Guiyang City,explore the difficulties existing in the development of children ’s football activities,and put forward feasible suggestions to promote the better development of children ’s football in Guizhou Province.At the same time,it also provides reference for the development of children ’s football in other regions,especially in southwest China,in order to improve the comprehensive development of children ’s physical and mental health,actively participate in sports and develop sports habits.The conclusions are as follows :(1)The distribution of football characteristic kindergartens in Guiyang is uneven and the scope is limited;Each kindergarten has carried out football activities,a small number of kindergarten football activities carried out low frequency,kindergarten football activities in the form of a single,short life,lack of experience;competition system is not perfect,district games and municipal games held less times,children to participate in the form of most of the game is organized in the class and the garden football game,the lack of competition opportunities;children prefer competition in football activities;through football activities,children s interest and enthusiasm in football are improved.(2)The lack of football facilities is difficult to meet the needs of children ’ s football activities;The teachers are weak,the football teachers are young,the proportion of preschool education teachers is low,and the number of preschool football training is small.Garden leaders pay less attention to football activities,parents do not have a high degree of awareness and prejudice to football;children ’ s safety is still the top priority in children ’ s football activities.Children in small classes have a greater risk of injury,and kindergarten policy takes less measures for children ’ s safety prevention.Restricted by local economic level,local governments do not have special funds to support the development of children ’ s football.(3)Suggestions for the above problems are as follows : the government to establish incentive mechanism,improve the popularization rate of football characteristic kindergarten,let more kindergarten leaders actively declare national football characteristic kindergarten;innovative activity forms,enrich the content of activities,teachers increase interesting forms and content of activities according to the characteristics of children ’ s growth;improve the competition system,increase children ’ s competition opportunities,on the basis of small-early-high-big four-level football league,into the children ’ s football game,the formation of five-level league system;increasing capital investment,improving football facilities,and kindergarten obtaining financial support and sponsorship from the education department or society to improve football facilities;strengthening the construction of teaching staff,promoting teachers ’professionalization,encouraging normal universities to hold training conferences for preschool football teachers,and promoting exchanges;through online and offline publicity,or football carnival and other activities to allow more parents to participate in them,improve parents ’ cognitive level of children ’ s football;strengthen the safety management of children and reduce the risk of injury. |
