Objective: relevant research has proved that the movement pattern formed in early childhood has an important influence on the development of muscle strength,agility,social adaptability,physical movement ability and cardiopulmonary fitness.This study aims to find out the positive effect of happy gymnastics on the physical growth and development of preschool children and the positive effect on the sports ability of preschool children.Methods: This paper mainly used the experimental method to intervene 65 large class children in the moon landing kindergarten of Puyang City.65 large class children were divided into the experimental group and the conventional control group,33 large class children in the experimental group and 32 large class children in the conventional control group.The children in the experimental group were intervened with happy gymnastics twice a week for 30 minutes each time.The intervention period was 18 weeks.The routine physical education activities in the control group were the same as those in the experimental group.Before and after the experiment,children's physical growth index and sports ability index were tested to confirm the important influence of happy gymnastics on preschool children's growth and development.Results:(1)Happy gymnastics plays an important role in the development of preschool children's height,especially for male children.The height range of male children in the experimental group before and after intervention was 117.22 cm ±1.01 and 118.03 cm ± 1.39 respectively,and the height change of male children had a highly significant difference(P < 0.01)(2)happy gymnastics had a significant effect on the development of upper limb strength of preschool children.Before and after the experiment,the scores of male children in the experimental group were 4.76 m ±1.18 and 6.13 m ± 1.79 respectively,and there was a highly significant difference between them(P < 0.01);before and after the experiment,the scores of female children in the experimental group were 4.20 m ± 1.37 and 5.86 m ± 1.31 respectively,and there was a highly significant difference between them(P < 0.01).(3)Happy gymnastics has a positive effect on the development of preschool children's sensitivity.Before and after the experimental intervention,the results of the tenmeter turn back run of male children in the experimental group were 7.31 s ± 1.01 and 5.64 s ± 1.82 respectively,and the results of the ten meter turn back run showed a highly significant difference(P < 0.01);before and after the experimental intervention,the results of the ten meter turn back run of female children in the experimental group were 8.09 s ± 1.46 and 6.14 s ± 1.47 respectively,and the results of the ten meter turn back run showed a highly significant difference(P < 0.01).(4)Happy gymnastics has a positive effect on the development of lower limb strength of preschool children.Before and after the experiment,the range of standing long jump performance of male children in the experimental group was 87.95 cm ± 2.65,98.24 cm ± 5.94,and the relationship between standing long jump and standing long jump was highly significant(P < 0.01);before and after the experiment,the range of standing long jump performance of female children in the experimental group was83.95 cm ± 3.50,89.21 cm ± 4.40,and the relationship between standing long jump and standing long jump was significant(P < 0.05).Before and after the experiment,the performance range of the male children in the experimental group was 6.59 s ±1.57,5.51 s ± 1.70,and the performance of the two feet in the experimental group was significantly different(P < 0.05);before and after the experiment,the performance range of the female children in the experimental group was 6.57 s ±1.17,5.02 s ± 1.33,and the performance of the two feet in the experimental group was highly significant difference(P < 0.01).(5)Happy gymnastics has a positive effect on the balance ability of preschool children.Before and after the experimental intervention,the results of walking balance beam of male children in the experimental group were 2.29 s ± 0.31 and 1.99 ± 0.26 respectively,and there was a significant difference between them(P < 0.05);before and after the experimental intervention,the results of walking balance beam of female children in the experimental group were 2.27 s ± 0.42 and 1.90 s ± 0.24 respectively,and there was a highly significant difference between them(P < 0.01)(6)happy gymnastics and school-age gymnastics The effect of flexibility and fitness of the former children is not obvious,and the development of flexibility and fitness of the female children is slightly better than that of the male children.Before and after the experimental intervention,the range of sit forward flexion performance of male children in theexperimental group was 6.11 cm ± 1.77,7.03 cm ± 2.15,and there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);before and after the experimental intervention,the range of sit forward flexion performance of female children in the experimental group was 7.16 cm ± 1.28,10.37 ± 1.88,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: After the intervention of happy gymnastics,the children in the experimental group have significantly improved both in terms of physical growth and development and in their athletic ability;The test results of children's height development and exercise ability in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional control group,and there were significant differences.Judging from the increase in test index results of preschool children in the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group is better than the conventional control group.Therefore,happy gymnastics has a positive effect on the growth and development of preschool children and should be vigorously promoted.
