Basic motor skills play an important role in the exercise capacity and physical fitness of preschool children.Preschool children at the age of 3-6 are the formation of basic motor skills and improve the "sensitive period".Preschool children improve their physical fitness and basic motor skills by participating in sports.The game is the most important way for preschool children to participate in sports.Gymnastics,as the father of sports,is the starting point and foundation for the development of physical activity for young children.Happy gymnastics starts from the gymnastics itself and explores its own happy elements.Its diversified action practice is very suitable for the development and improvement of preschool children's motor skills.Therefore,from the perspective of improving the basic motor skills of preschool children,this paper combines the teaching content of happy gymnastics to design a gamification exercise to exercise intervention on 3-6 preschool children.Through literature,field investigation,mathematical statistics,video observation Methods such as law and experimental methods are used to select preschool children at different stages,and whether the experimental group and the control group are distinguished by whether or not to conduct a gamification-heavy gymnastics teaching experiment.The 12 basic motor skills of the subjects were tested using the TGMD-2 scale,which measures the basic reliability of children's basic motor skills.The scores were given by the reviewers by repeatedly watching the test videos,and the gamification analysis was used to analyze the gamification movement.The degree of improvement in motor skills in preschool children and the gender and age were analyzed for significant differences in outcomes in gamification exercise experiments.Concluded as follow:1.Gamification sports-happy gymnastics in line with the rules of the development of basic movement skills of preschool children.Especially the improvement of small class and middle class has significant differences.There was no significant difference in the general physical activity of kindergartens compared with before the experiment.2.Gamification sports-happy gymnastics in the role of preschool children in displacement skills is better than the control skills,which small class and middle class in the jumping class showed strong participation interest,the score is also improved,the control skills in the pair The control of the ball is obviously poor3.Age is an important factor affecting the difference in basic transportation skills of preschool children.By comparing the data obtained from the small,middle and large classes of the experimental group with the pre-experimental comparison,it can be found that the performance test of the small class and the middle class experimental group has significant differences before and after the experiment,and the difference between the small class and the large class is more significant.The test scores of the big class did not have significant differences before and after the experiment.4.Gender is an important factor influencing the difference in the changes in basic transportation skills of preschool children.There is no significant difference between boys and girls in displacement skills,but boys are better than girls in handling skills.The systematic game movement has a more pronounced effect on both boys and girls.5.Due to the lack of teachers and the limitations of teaching venues,the gamification movement,happy gymnastics,cannot be fully developed in children's physical education.Since the promotion of happy gymnastics on campus has not yet fully developed,there is still a certain gap between the teachers,venues and equipment needed to carry out the happy gymnastics course.In response to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:1.Improve the existing teaching level of sports gamification in kindergartens2.Integrate the content of happy gymnastics teacher training into the teacher training for preschool children teachers.3.The combination of happy gymnastics and gamification sports should conform to the rules of physical and mental development of preschool children at different stages.4.In the gamification movement-happy gymnastics teaching design should pay attention to the distinction of gender factors5.Improve the existing sports venues and equipment facilities in kindergartens...
