Research On The Ability Structure Of Basketball E-level Coaches

Under the strategic background of building a strong sports country,building high-quality grass-roots basketball talents is the first important point of the development of basketball in China,and basketball coaches shoulder great responsibilities and missions.At present,the research on coaches is relatively limited,most of the research focuses on the ability of coaches at the adult competitive level,the orientation of coaches,the influencing factors of coaches' ability,the lack of coaches' work,the training of coaches,and so on.As a result,this study focuses on the ability structure of basketball E coaches for primary and preschool children Research object,closely linked with the special ability of basketball E level coaches,using literature method to refer to relevant research results to lay a certain theoretical foundation for this study,using questionnaire survey method to investigate basketball coaches,using expert interview method to basketball E level coaches training lecturers and basketball international level referees related consultation,using factor analysis to analyze the data of various factors and build the ability structure,using logic analysis to classify,compare and summarize the analysis results,basketball E level coaches ability structure research and put forward corresponding suggestions.Based on the investigation and research,the main conclusions are as follows :(1)the 15 influencing factors of basketball E coaches' teaching ability are extracted from five dimensions: communication ability factor,self-improvement ability factor,coordination management ability factor,analysis and judgment ability factor,training organization ability factor.Ability training and qualification examination for basketball E coaches can also be carried out with reference to these five aspects.(2)The ability factor of training and organization has a high influence on the ability structure of basketball E level coaches,including: brief image of the action explanation and demonstration ability;guide the ability to stimulate children's interest in basketball and children's basketball Competition rules and competition organization ability in three aspects,in view of the work particularity of basketball E level coaches,we should insist on cultivating and arousing children's interest in basketball as the main line of teaching.(3)Communication ability factors are mainly reflected in three aspects: the ability of communication between coaches withyounger players,the ability of communication between coaches and other staff,and the ability of communication between coaches and parents of young players.(4)The ability of self-improvement is mainly reflected in the prevention and first aid ability of children's basketball sports injuries,the ability to teach children's nutritious diet and scientific water supply,the high sense of professional responsibility and devotion to work.(5)Coordination management capacity It is mainly embodied in the following aspects: the ability to cultivate the basketball consciousness of children's players;the standard ability of basic technology such as transportation,transmission and investment and its combination technology;and the ability to set up the rules and style of the children's basketball team.(6)The ability of analyzing and judging is mainly reflected in the following aspects: mastering the characteristics and developing trend of children's basketball,the ability of on-the-spot command during the game and the ability to analyze the psychological state of children.
