Research On The Coaching Ability Of Middle School Basketball Coaches In Sichuan Province

At present,campus basketball is developing rapidly under the background of integration of sports and education.Sichuan Province,as a major basketball province in southwest my country,is also an important basketball reserve talent base in my country.development has become a priority.On the basis of combing the literature and investigating the development status of basketball coaches in high school campuses in Sichuan Province,this research constructs campus basketball coaches through various research methods such as Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,literature method,and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the evaluation index system of coaching ability,a questionnaire was formulated to verify it through a combination of selfevaluation and other evaluations,and then the coaches of the 2021 Sichuan Middle School Basketball League were used as the research objects for research.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of Basketball Coaches in middle schools in Sichuan Province consists of six first-class indexes,namely professional training ability,competition command ability,team management ability,innovation ability of training methods and competition tactics,coach team cooperation ability,theoretical research ability and learning ability.Among them,professional training ability,competition command ability and team management ability include five secondary indicators respectively,innovation ability,learning ability and team cooperation ability include two secondary indicators respectively,and theoretical research ability includes three secondary indicators.(2)Taking the coaches of Sichuan middle school basketball league in 2021 as the research object,it is found that most of the coaches participating in this competition are in the age group of 35-49 years old,the professional titles are generally deputy high school,the educational level is mostly college or undergraduate,and most of them have rich sports experience and teaching experience,The main channels for learning and acquiring professional knowledge are to independently check information online and participate in coach training courses.Coaches generally believe that their professional training ability,competition command ability,team management ability,interpersonal coordination ability and learning ability are strong,while the innovation ability and theoretical research ability of basketball techniques and tactics need to be further strengthened.(3)The factors affecting the teaching ability of middle school basketball coaches in Sichuan Province usually include four dimensions: management level,social level,school level and personal level.Aiming at the above four dimensions,this paper puts forward the following development paths: the government needs to improve the qualification certification system and increase the entry threshold of coaches;Optimize the talent training system and improve the quality of talent training.The society needs to actively promote basketball and improve the social status of basketball coaches;Increase financial support and actively promote the professionalization and specialization of basketball coaches.Schools need to pay more attention to leaders and follow the democratic way of leadership;Establish a reasonable security system to avoid the worries of coaches;Increase financial investment and optimize the teaching environment of coaches.Coaches themselves need to form a correct moral concept and set a good moral example;Strengthen their own educational beliefs and establish scientific teaching ideas;Improve the knowledge structure and update its own knowledge system in time;Actively participate in basketball events to pave the way for future career;Enrich their own teaching experience and learn to identify the quality of experience.
